As he was being put to sleep. He looks at Victor with sad eyes. Just before they close. One more tear fell from his eye. As he sleeps, he was having a nightmare. Mostly a replay of what had happen to him. He was so, mad, sad, and ashamed. He didn't understand why it was so hard to stay in his superhuman form. He could hear the voice and in realilt his body was shaking like a leaf. He was breathing through the mouth in an uneasy pattern. He let out a few gasp and was about to scream. Until he saw Victor in his dream. The same time that Victor was storking his head. Calming him down.

A few minutes after he awoke and was staring at the ceiling. "Wh...where am I?" he said. Trying to sit up. But he hissed in pain. Laying back down to ease the pain. He felt like he couldn't move the lower half of his body. He took a few deep breaths and looked up at Victor. "Victor?" he said in a puzzled voie. Not knowing if he was real or not.

Everyone in the room looked at Dietrich and smiled seeing that he was ok.

"Yes Dietrich, I'm here. And I'm gonna stay here, I'll never let you out of my sight when I'm not sure of your condition again" he said as reached down and hugged him, Mina and Lilith were releved to see him all right, and stood up to take their leave. "Bye Victor, bye Dietrich, hope you get to feeling better" said Lilith as she started to leave. "I'm gonna go with her and check these samples" said Mina as she followed. "I'm gonna stay here incase it comes after you again" said Karnak as he turned on the t.v "if the experements are going wild, then we have to be safe. No one moves in less than two pair. Mina and Lilith are strong, and Dietrich's weak and out of action, so I'll be staying here for a while".

A mad look appeared on his face. "Who said that I'm out. I'm fi-Ahhhh!" he groaned in pain. As he once again tries to sit up. He looks at the kid. "Who are you anyway? It's not that I am not grateful that you and tjose others help, but if I can't watch my own back. Thetre's no way a shimp like you can." he told him. Taking a deep breath and quickly sat up. Biting down hard on his lower lip. For the pain was just awful. "Ahhh! It huuurts so much!" he thought in pain. He then slowly stand up, using the coch to keep him up. You can see that his legs were shaking. "I'm going to wash up a bit." he said. As he tries to make it to the bathroom himself. Which in the end, he ended up face down on the floor.

Victor went to rush to him, but Karnak stopped him.

"I am Karnak, master of sudden death. I am a trained assasin and more" he said as he walked over to him. Karnak reached down and grabbed Dietrich, putting him over his arm and walking into the bathroom with him. "Victor, stay here and relax, we'll be fine" he said as he shut the door. Karnak put Dietrich in the bathtub and took off his clothes before turning on the water. "You gotta learn that not everyone is out to get you" he said as he sat on the rim of the tub "some of us really like you, your special and we care about you and your survival.". Karnak picked up a rubber duck and squeaked it twice before pulling out a vile of red serem and pooring it into the water. "Its a pain reliever, it works really well with taking the edge off. I have to use it when I bathe after working with the chimeras...all the scratching" he said with a chuckle.

As didn't really say much to the kid, but he did listen to him. As they entered the bathroom. He was going to splash some water in his face and return back to the livingroom or so he planed. He wasn't really expecting to be put into the tub. "Hey! Kock it off!" he said as Karnak took his clothes off of him. He fussed and whined like a little child. Feeling a bit humiliated that he needed help from a child. He pouted and looked away. "I copuld of done that myself, kid." he told in a grumpy tone. He was still a little tired and still really sore.

As the kid told him that not everyone is out to get him. "I already knew that. It's just those bastard at the lab." he said and sighed. Feeling the water filling up the tub. He watched from the corner of his eye, the kid sitting on the rim of the tub. Telling him that people care about him. He also knew that, but it's most who turned him intio this and Victor. He didn't mind for Victor because he really likes him alot. But he believes that one person is enough. Then he chuckled. "This is just great. I'm getting a lecture from a kid. Just when i think it couldn't get any worse." he said.

As Karnak added the red serem into the water. It felt so good to him. He could feel his muscle loosen up and warming up. So far this was good. He relaxed for once and lay in the tub. "Hey, kiddo, mind leaving? I would like time to myself. why don't you go play hide and seek or whatever kids do." he said. looing up to the ceiling.

Karnak looked at Diertich and laughed when he told him to go play hida and seek.

"Don't think of it as a lecture, think of it as information" said Karnak "And I'm gonna stay here and tell you a little more. First of all, being the head of poisons and potions, I change my age at will; I'm actually 192 years old. I was here when the one in charge went crazy and started kidnapping people, one you might wanna know about is Victor. I'm sure he told you is was kidnapped from his college right...wrong."

A sad and frighten expression was on his face. He couldn't believe all of that happen to him. He was smart and was in love. With a far better looking guy, so he thought. They they took it all away from him. Kidnapping him and his lover, then kill him. He looks down at the water with sadness. Right now he was trying to transform into his superhuman form, but he was far to weak to do so. Making him angry. "Damn it!" he yelled. Slamming his fist into the water and getting Karnak wet. "I don't give a shit what happens to me. I'm going to kill them all!" he said in rage. Standing up. Hissing in pain. but his rage was dulling the pain. He stepped out of the tub and grabbed his clothes. Slipping them on.

He knew that he was weak, but he wasn't going to let that stop him. Dietrich Lean against the wall. Planning to head to the lab once more.

"Sit your ass down, I'm not done" said Karnak as he grabbed Dietrich and pulled him down to the toilet.

"So Brandon's dead and Jonathon's crushed. It took them 3 weeks of torment until they found something he couldn't bare to loose. His name is Jacob Roden, he is Jonathon's best friend. He's the second most important theni got him behind Brandon. He's being held captive in the bowels of the lab. Every month, Victor gets to go see him and spend 1 hour with him. They tell him that if he ever tries to leave, or tried to destroy them...Jacob would die." explained Karnak. "So, since your his experement, every time you try to destroy the lab, Victor risks the chance of Jacob getting killed."

Karnak got up from the Tub and started for the door, "You need to think things out better now, and be patient, it's all gonna work out. Now enjoy your bath and calm down" he said as he left.

As he was forced to sit down on the toliet. He groaned and glared at him. "Why you little piece of-" he was cut off as Karnak. As he staets talking about Victor's best friend. At first he didn't care. It just meant that he would have to get him out of there as he destorys the lab. But as he explains to the black hair man that if he did anything to take them down. Then the doctor's best friend would die. Making Victor even more sad weith the loss of his lover. That sunk in really fast. Now he couldn't go out and kill them or he'll end up hurting Victor.

As Karnak left and closed the door. Dietrich got undressed and went back into the tub. The water was still warm and the red stuff made his muscle relax. As he sat there, he looks up at the ceiling, thinking. "I want to kill them for my personal reason. yet if I do, he would loose his friend. It's sad enough that he lost his lover. I don't think he could handle loosing someone else. I geuss I now know why he been nice to me. He was trying to keep me calm so I don't go attacking them and he gets punish because of me. I thought he cared but in the end...It's for is friend." he thought. Letting out a little chuckle.

"I'm nothing but a weapon to be use in battle and destory lives. I'm not allowed to feel any emotions. Just do as I'm told and be quick. So to be ready for the next killing spree." He told himself in his mind. Sinking his head down until his whole head was under water. he couldn't hear a sound. All he could hear was the water moving around, but that soon vanished. He had his eye closed and a memory was playing in his head.

Somewhere at a beach. He was splashing around in the water with someone. He couldn't make out the face. But he heard him chucking and splashing him bach. The person told him to loosen up and to have fun. That he was always a tight ass who charge head on for anything without really thinking. "I geuss I don't. I always to head on without thinking. But I feel so useless if I just sit around. Useless...useless...useless." he repeat in his head over and over again.

Karnak walked out of the bathroom and met Victor in the living room.

"I told him" said Karnak "about Jacob and Brandon and everything.". Victor frowned and looked down before saying "I'll bet you didn't tell him about himself, did you? He thinks that the only reason I care about him now is to keep Jacob alive.". I thought about telling him who he was...but that didn't seem like a smart idea at the moment" said Karnak. Victor looked up quickley and started "You can't tell him that, not yet. The fact that I brought him back to life is one thing, but the fact that he can barely remember anything...and I still love him is a completely different thing." said Victor. "I'm hopeing that one day he'll remember our life before we were put here. But until then, we just gotta go along with the fact that he was kidnapped and he can't remember."
