Fortune Change [private for me and Ink Dragon Rosette]

Blinking he took one of the fries and licked the tip of it only to bit onto it slowly. Chewing for few seconds he then smiled and took the other part of it.
"It really is good, Master", he said, looking up at the other male. "Is it kind of dessert too..?"

Kris chuckled at that. It was mean, for Nakari thinking that, it was amused because he found Nakari cute. "No, it's not usually a dessert. While the ketchup's a bit sweet, most people consider fries salty. Dessert tends to primarily be sweet dishes." As he explained, he considered the fries not part of Nakari's reward either. He'd been the one to offer them, and Nakari hadn't said he wanted them as his reward. Kris was a very person... at least, with Nakari he seemed to be. So he wouldn't count anything as Nakari's reward until the other specified it as that.

Nakari blushed and looked a bit ashamed when other man chuckled from his question. He knew he didn't know many things and it could be funny for others to see his lack of knowledge.
"I-I'm sorry..", he muttered, his black eyes on the floor.

"Oh, no," Kris insisted, kneeling down to be at Nakari's height. "You don't have to be sorry. I think it's cute, honest." He tried to be reassuring, brushing hair back from Nakari's face.

When Kris lowered a bit, so his face was on Nakari's level, he observed him quietly for few moments and then blushed a bit more. Not really knowing what to say to that he escaped with his gaze, a bit flustered.

Kris smiled, standing back up again. "I didn't mean to make you upset. So, are you mad at me?" He asked. He was only half-joking. He did want to make sure Nakari wasn't angry at him though. He really hadn't meant his laughing to be mean.

"M-mad?", he asked, doubtfounded.
How a slave could be mad on his master? Like.. sure someone could be angry.. but mad? Like he had any right to? Master owned Nakari.. he was master's. He knew the best.. and all... It was.. Nakari opened his eyes and shook his head, not sure what to say. More like being blocked by how surprised he was.

Kris smiled, relieved. "Good, I'm glad. And..." he paused, taking Nakari's hand in one of his. "I never want to upset you, okay?" He kissed the knuckles of Nakari's hand. "Now, you want to keep eating?" He asked, offering the basket of fries.

At the kiss placed on his hand he blushed really, really hard. After he heard the question he first wasn't able to answer.. but then just took a fry and ate it. Soon he was eating with really big apetite.

Kris let out a breath as Nakari started eating. He hadn't even realized how worried he'd been. Kris ate as well, but only a few fries here or there. He wanted to make sure Nakari had enough to eat. He had no clue what it'd been like for Nakari earlier.
