Fortune Change [private for me and Ink Dragon Rosette]

Nodding his head he took the rest of the bags. Then he listened to the explanation and nodded his head once again.
"So.. where is the nearest one? Do you know, Master? Or maybe someone else knows?", he asked, looking at the weak, small dog in other male's arms.

Kris shrugged, uncertain. "I think I know of one around here," he said, starting to walk. It looked like Nakari had a handle of all the bags. "I'm hoping I'm close to right and that we'll run into if we look around a big." Not the best plan, but it would probably be the most time efficient. There weren't that many people around to ask anyway.

Nodding his head he just followed other male, hoping they wouldn't need to go walk too long since he heard small whimpers from the dog now and then. He wished he would be able to read or know for what he should search.
"How it would look like?", he asked soon, seeing some lady with a dog going into some doors with letters on it. "Would it be that?"
But it was only an animal shop.

Kris looked to where Nakari indicated. "No, that's just a pet shop. Though... they might have a better idea." Kris veered, turning to rush in the door, hoping Nakari was sticking close to him. "Hey, does anyone know where an animal shelter is? Or a vet?" he called, looking for an attendee or shop worker or something.

Nakari followed Kris and then looked around when they stepped inside. When his master asked the question some man stood up and said to follow him. After about five minutes they were on the place. Nakari was shocked a bit with how fast the woman in white outfit reacted when she saw the dog. Not sure what was happening he just stepped to the side and observed everything quietly. The man that showed them the way soon needed to go but left his number to master, asking to call him if there would be anything he would be able to help with or when they would have some informations about the dog. And they were left alone, waiting for the end of operation. Only then Nakari felt how much his hand was hurting from how strong it was clenched. Putting the bags on the floor he rubbed it into his clothes.

Kris sighed as they took the dog, wheeling it back. The man had taken them to a veterinary office. They could take care of immediate concerns, but someone would have to be here for the dog when they were done. So they'd better just sit and wait. Seeing Nakari, Kris sighed. "Sorry Nakari, are you okay? Were the bags too heavy?" he asked, seeing how the other was trying to rub his hand.

"N-no.. There are only clothes.. so they aren't so heavy.. J-just clenched my fist too hard..", he said softly, looking on the ground. "W-will it die, Master?"
That thought bothered him pretty much and it was clear.

Kris sighed, seeing the look on Nakari's face. "Come on, let's sit down," he said, taking the bags and ushering the other over to the chairs gently. He sat down, letting Nakari sit where he liked. He took the other's hand in his, rubbing it gently. "The truth is... I don't know. It could die because it just can't make it. Or this place might decide to euthanize it because while it'll be alive, it'll just be miserable. Or it could make it, and maybe just need something for its back legs." His last option sounded a little brighter, trying to be positive. "Or the dog might be just fine. We won't know until they can tell us."

Nakari sat down and let other male massage his hand while he listened to the explanation.
"What does it mean 'euthanize'? Does i-it mean they would kill it?", he asked, not sure since he didn't know that word. "And what will happen to it if it will life? Would there be someone to take care of it?"

Kris nodded to Nakari's first question. "Yeah, that's basically what it means. But they can do it so it's really quick and the dog won't feel any pain at all." He was trying to be reassuring. He guessed this would all be very upsetting for his slave. As for his second question, he shrugged. "It probably doesn't have an owner. If it does, there's no telling if they can find them. Although, if it doesn't have a collar, they'll assume it's just a stray. They'd probably take it to an animal shelter, so that it can either live their until it dies, or be adopted by someone."
