Get the party started

"How quaint," smiled Derek when he entered the establishment followed by Robert who wasn't paying attention hit the door.

"Damn it..." He muttered as he rubbed his head. "Well if you have vigorous sex then - "

"Keep that foul mouth closed when we are not at a bar or in a private setting you idiot."

"...You didn't have to hit me..."

"So Arthur, what is good to eat here? Could you possibly order for us?" Smiled Derek as he waited to be seated unless told otherwise.

"Let's seat near the door. It a nice setting..", he muttered and when they sat down he felt like showning other men what would be nice to get. "Chinese steamed eggs.... Chinese Congee with lean pork and century eggsteamed eggs.... Blanched vegetables with oyster sauce and... mhmmmm.. And stir-fried hairy gourd with dried shrimp and cellophane noodles... does it soun nice? Mhm.. since we are here with three people.. Steamed scallops with ginger and garlic.. Then for dessert sweet Chinese pastry..."

"Hey I will eat anything and...what in the world is a century egg? It's an egg that is a 100 years old?" Asked Robert in all seriousness as he looked at Arthur.

"It sounds delicious and thank you for joining me for dinner," smiled Derek as he ignored Robert that gave a small pout as he tried to get his attention. After a few seconds, his hand shot out and pinched Robert's cheek as Derek continued to smile for Arthur.

"There's no need to thank me. I didn't feel like eating by myself anyway..", he said, shrugging with a charming smile of his. "And, dear roommate, a century egg or pidan in Chinese is a Chinese cuisine ingredient made by preserving duck, chicken or quail eggs in a mixture of clay, ash, salt, quicklime, and rice hulls for several weeks to several months, depending on the method of processing. It's quite good really."
Then he chuckled when he saw Robert's cheek being pinched. The way the both males acted with each other was quite refreshing and amusing.

As they chatted, a young woman came by with some glasses of water and a pot of tea. With menus set before them she asks if they have been there before with a sweet smile.

The young woman seemed to be new since she didn't know Arthur who quite frequently ate there. Nodding his head he looked at two other males.
"So are we getting what I told or you want to order something else?", he asked quietly, waiting for their decision.

"We will get what you just mentioned," replied Derek as he smiled at the young woman who couldn't help but blush.

Robert just nodded as he felt his phone vibrate in his pocket. Taking it out he read the message and gave a small smirk as he sent a quick reply. He didn;t know why, but being all civil with Arthur was making him uncomfortable in a way since well...they were always fighting.

Arthur smiled and then he looked at his roommate. He was looking a bit off but he wasn't able to realise what it was about so he just let it slide.
"Are we ordering any alcohol?", he asked, looking at the weitress and then on both males. "There are many things from China. Alcohol.. done there. But it have it's price. But if you want to have a taste of the country it worth it.."

Robert was very boisterous when it came to the alcohol and selected at least 3 items he wanted to try while Derek had just one. The waitress was more than happy to assist them and when the alcohol came, so did some of the dishes that would best compliment the beverages.

"Hey Derek, can you drop me off somewhere after we dinner?"

"Sure, no problem," smiled Derek as he took a sip of his drink. Looking over to Arthur he says, "this tastes amazing."

"Personally I think all alcoholic drinks are amazing, but these are pretty damn good!" Says Robert as he also digs into the food.

"It's nice to hear you both enjoy it- ...", he said simply and then tilted his head as his eyes rested at Derek yet his thoughts went in somewhere else and it showed.
Actually Arthur was thinking up some new designs and idea just popped in his head, leaving him a bit out of it.
