Heart in the mist [private for me and Amethystaura]

"You know.. I'm right here so you don't need to speak so loudly", he said, looking at Gary from the 'kitchen'. "Sure. Help yourself. I don't mind at all. And maybe I'll take one too when you are done."

[Amethystaura]

Gary chuckled at John's comment about speaking loudly. "Thanks, buddy. See ya in a bit."

He took a short but refreshing shower, and emerged from the small yet very clean bathroom in his borrowed clothes. The t-shirt fit well, the sweatpants hung low on his well defined hip bones. His wild black hair was wet.

He grinned and walked over to John, picking up his drink.

"Done with the bathroom. This your concoction?"

John chuckled seeing Gary.
"Any woman that would see you now would drool", he said with a smile.
Well.. he was sure of it as he himself was nicely surprised when he saw Gary.. like that.
"Yes. That is it. Well.. I'm off to take a shower so be good when I'm gone", he joked as he took some shirt and pants and headed to bathroom.
Ten minutes later he was back still drying his hair. Both shirt and the pants nicely emphasized his slim figure and nice ass.
"So how do you like the drink? Refreshing, isn't it?", he asked with a smile.

"Thanks for the compliment, buddy" said Gary with a cute chuckle, as he ran his hand through his wet hair. He then reached for the drink and took a sip.

"Mmm, this is good. Refreshing and the flavour of lime is subtle." He went and sat on the sofa and leaned his head back, with his eyes closed as he took occasional sips.

When he heard John emerge from the bathroom, he raised his head. He couldn't help but notice how those pyjamas stuck to his new friend's backside, and found himself unknowingly thinking about the joke Jane had made about John's butt looking cute in a skirt.

However he looked back up at John. "What do you call this mocktail?"

John tilted his head.
"Mocktail? Why mock? I don't kknow it's name. It was served once on Jane's birthday party and so far it's my favourite. So how do you like it?", he asked once more, taking his drink from the kitchen table.

[Amethystaura]

"It's nice! And sorry I meant cocktail not mocktail. We can enjoy a noce refreshing drink. By the way, will you mind me taking the couch tonight? I mean the couch cover is brand new."

[zajawa]

"It doesn't really matter if it's new or not. Do you think I should let you sleep on the floor because of that?", he asked taking a sit next to Gary and added jokingly. "I will give you a bedsheet so you won't it get to dirty."
John sighed and took few sips of his drink.
"Where do you live Gary? I don't think I asked you.."

Gary laughed. "That works. When I get home drunk I sometimes do pass out on my couch."

He took another sip.

"Speaking of home, I'm sure you know that big gaming arcade where all the gaming geeks and casual by passers go? I live near that place, in my humble bachelor's apartment."

[zajawa]

"You sure I know.. And what's making you so sure? I'm not a geek.. it's just a hobby", he said with a little pout. "But I know where it is. That's a good place to live. Maybe if it was so close to my house I would even go there from time to time."
He finished his drink in few gulps and stood up to do the next.
"Want another one?"

"Eh? Oh no, don't take any offence. I just meant that it's a popular place so I thought you knew it. And nothing wrong with being a geek."

He looked into his glass.

"Sure I could use another one. No work tomorrow, so waking up drunk won't be a pain."
