it's now night and every one has left the hospital. kakashi walks up to the front desk. "i'm here to see sasuke uchiha." "i'm sorry visiting hours are over now, you'll have to wait until-oh! kakashi! sorry! please go right in he's in room 3-B" "thanks." kakashi walked through the hall ways until he found room 3-B then he knocked on the door.

Sasuke was already sleeping as he didn't wake up when kakashi knocked on the door. he smiled in his sleep as he had a nice dream.

kakashi let him self in he looked in and noticed sasuke sound asleep. "(he must be extremely weary, he must be going through a hard time losing his last family member and being the only uchiha left.)" saying this in his mind, kakashi left itachi's necklace on the little table beside sasuke's hospital bed with note saying: get well soon, i found this on the ground and thought you might want it. -Kakashi-

Sasuke woke up as he heard someone walked inside as he rubs slowly in his eyes, "uh....who ...is...there.?..." he asked as he sounded sleepy, "...kakashi sensei....are you ....there.?.." he asked softly as his eyes looked like they wanted to close, he was not able to stay awake a minute longer so he fall asleep again but this time he was sleeping deeply

Morning has arrived and sasuke awakens from his slumber seeing sakura carving apples for him like she always used to do.
Else where zetsu confronts pain. "How did it go?" asked light zetsu, "He lived up to his title as sannin that is certain, but he is no longer existing.Why have you come all this way? I already have my orders." replied Pain. "I have a message from tobi." "You are to wait a while before attacking the leaf." "And the reason for this?" "Tobi is going to visit his old home, and visit sasuke uchiha." "Sasuke huh." "He also said make sure to-" "I already know, i will deal with it myself." with those words in mind pain leaves to return to his tower.....

Sasuke woke up as he goes sitting up and looked to sakura, "morning, sakura where is kakashi?" he asked and then he saw itachi's necklace and grab it from the table together with the note and started to read the note. "t....this is itachi's necklace, but when? when was kakashi here?" he said more to himself. he then looked at sakura as he saw that she was carving apples for him, "how long are you here? and why is no one mad at me for leaving the village and join orochimaru?" he asked to her.

Sakura stopped carving the apple and looked at sasuke "Oh, sasuke! you're awake! Kakashi sensei was here last night according to the attendant at the front desk, he must of left that note and that necklace there for you." sasuke still confused looked down at the necklace in his hand then back at sakura repeating his question "Every one of us is upset that you left and i think naruto is still mad too. But we're all glad that you're home safe and sound."

Sasuke nodded as he sighed, "uh where is kakashi? and how long do i need to stay here in the hospital?" he asked to Sakura as he was still looking at the necklace, he then looked at sakura again as he puts the necklace around his neck so that he was wearing Itachi's necklace.

"huh? oh he said something about going to the training field or something" she said as she placed the apple on the plate next to sasuke. "here you should eat up, and get your strength back, lady tsunade said you can leave as soon as you make a full recovery." Sakura said with a smile on her face. Sasuke couldn't help but wonder why his sensei left that necklace for him, and wanted to speak to him directly about it.
