as sasuke ran out side calling for help tobi appeared in the hall way in front of him "calm down, there's no need to over-react. besides no one can hear you right now, i put them all under the influence of my genjutsu." sasuke couldn't believe what he was hearing he dashed in the opposite direction calling for any one to come to his aid. then he decided to run for the entrance to the building when he saw that all the nurses and doctors were dead asleep and would not awaken despite his best efforts to wake them.
