He kissed back, liking how forward was Carter. It made situation easier and.. he was a good kisser. Stopping the kiss he looked straight into the eyes before him.
"Are you some sort of sadist that you liked it too? Or was I just so cute you couldn't resist?", he aske jokingly.

"Both." Carter answered seriously. He pulled back and turned around, facing the wall. The man was feeling confused. He sighed. As he thought about it more, he didn't like the thought of letting William go. Another man could find interest in him and it made him angry. Carter smirked and walked back over to William before yanking his hair harshly.
"You're mine." he declared with finality before kissing the man again, deeper this time.

William blushed slightly when he heard the answer. His heart was beating fast as he thought about all possibilities with Carter being a sadist. He looked at the man little cofused when he turned his back to him. Was he unhappy about something? He gasped when suddenly Carter walked to him and grabbed his hair. William wanted to complain but then was shut up with another hot kiss. He clenched his fists on the taller man shirt and let the kiss last as he reached down and started to fondle others crotch in a playful but rather impatient manner.

Carter caught William's hands and held them so they wouldn't move. He looked the older man in the eye and gave him a genuin and rare smile.
"Patience is a virtue, darling." he purred, biting William's ear hard enough to leave a mark.

William growled with disappointment when Carter caught his hands, blushing some more as other looked him in the eyes with his steel gaze. Soft moan left his lips when the other man bit his ear hard.
"Nhhhh... Don't leave marks... how can I work with it..", he protested, though he liked it and Carter could see that if he would look on his face.

Carter chuckled and pulled the other man into a soft, loving kiss.
"Your hair is long enough to cover it. Besides, I like the thought of others knowing you are mine. You are mine...aren't you?" A blush had lit up the man's face slightly as he almost admitted his feelings. Like stated earlier, he didn't like the thought of other men pursuing William.

"Well... is it 'yours' like being in the relationship or just like in master and his pet? You know I'm kind of the playful man and I don't really know you... but we can try..", he said, feeling little awkward but really liking the blush on others cheeks. "I mean being in relationship... if you like. I know it's kind of fast but I like making fast decisions without thinking too much. And besides you're my type.."

Carter let his walls down. He climbed into William's lap and hugged him.
"I-I want you to stay with me... Love me if you want but I won't force you. I just....I want you to be mine in any way that you can... And in return...I'll be yours." he said quietly, showing his softer side for th first time in years.

William gulped hard, almost freaking out at the sudden conffesion like thing. He wasn't good withsomething like that but he looked at the other man and he saw how much feeling he was putting in it. And also he seemed.. like it scared him almost as much as him.
"Were you a little stalker? Did you observe me?", he asked, rather guessing blindly.

Carter opened his mouth, ready to lie but he decided against it. He nodded quietly.
"It's my job to know what my employees are doing." he said, defending himself.
