Vladimir walked over to him and gently took his arm. "Are your wounds alright? I heard you yelp." he asked in concern. "I should change your dressings." He then smiled at Daemon. "I can cook us something. You need rest."

Daemon felt his cheeks heat up because Vladimir actually heard him yelp. He laughed nervously.

"Yeah, sorry. I wound up falling asleep until you came home and then I fell off the couch in the living room."

He smiled shyly at the older man and nodded.

"Lunch would be nice and I guess dressings should be changed.." he said a bit awkwardly.

Vladimir nodded and walked over to the coat tree to take off his cloak and hang it. He left the saddle bags by the door as he walked into the kitchen and started looking through his freezer for something quick to cook.

Daemon was about to follow the man into the kitchen, but was then too curious of the saddle bags that Vladimir had left by the door. He looked at the bags and bit his lip. He didn't know if he should look because it wasn't really his place to look. He looked at Vladimir and when he believed the man was looking for something to cook, he made his way over to the bags and as quietly as he could, opened one. He blinked at what he saw. It looked like bags of blood. Daemon stared at the bags and poked one, really wanting to be sure that this was real.

Vladimir picked out some frozen pasta and filled a pot with water before putting it on the oven. He put the pasta under hot water to help thaw it out, then started picking out random seasonings. "Daemon, do you like pasta?" he said from the kitchen loud enough to where Daemon could hear him.

Daeon quickly moved away from the bags and fell back on his ass before he scrambled to his feet. "Y-Yes I do. With blood sauce- I mean MEAT SAUCE!" He was flustered and he quickly walked into the kitchen. "Or just whatever else you plan to put on it."

Vladimir blinked catching the change before looking over hearing Daemon walk in. "Is everything alright, Daemon?" he asked, the frowned in concern seeing the young male was paler than his normal skin tone. "Maybe you should sit down."

'Y-yeah, Vladimir.. EVerything is just peachy." He gave the man a smile and looked at back at the saddlebag, which he realized he never closed. "I'm fine, really."

Vladimir looked away from him and turned off the water, then opened the package of pasta that was still hot and emptied the pasta into the boiling water to cook it. He then began stirring it with a wooden spoon.

Daemon smiled at Vladimir and watched as the man started to cook. He was still curious about why Vladimir would even need blood bags. Unless he took a lot of people in because of the wolves. He shrugged and watched, trying to pick up anything that would hint as to why the man needed so much blood.
