Personality: Cain is very confident and is a very passionate person. He also is a people person and does what he can to help out his workers by being as friendly as he can and as helpful, however he won't hesitate to get firm about situations that risk his business. He has a passion for artistic tattoos with lots of detail and spends his free time creating new designs to give to the customers when he's not out on his motorcycle just sight-seeing and enjoying the fresh air. He also loves to party, even with his coworkers.

Jason sighed and leaned back on his chair. When he saw it was only past noon right now he sighed once again. Stretching and looking on the screen of his laptop he thought it was a good time for some coffee. Today he was wearing white button up shirt, black jeans and elegant leather shoes. His red hair were pinned in rather chaotic but still quite neat way. Going out from his room to the kitchen he rubbed his eyes. He didn't really had a good night so he was a bit.. off today.

Cain was going through document after document of financials for the year since it was getting close when he was billed for the building, lights, plumbing, etc. he just wanted to be sure all of the money was in order, of course he really didn't need to worry about anything being out of place after hiring Jason onto his team. Still, he wanted to make sure to give himself a peace of mind. He wasn't poor any means, but he cared a great deal about his tattoo and piercing business and did all he could to stay involved with everything. With that done, he set the paperwork aside and ran his hands through his dark hair as he sighed. He'd been spending most of his shift making phone calls to make sure everyone was ready for bill season and that there wasn't anything he needed to address. He then pulled out his black planner and opened it up to start marking days that he had to check up on the other branches of his business once again just as the phone rang and he immediately picked it up to put the phone to his ear, holding it there with his cheek as he continued writing in his planner.

"Hello, "Black Ink and Silver", this is Cain." he greeted. He paused, hearing that it was the manager of his Miami, Florida branch business and he stopped writing after hearing what he had to tell him. "What do you mean your finances are screwed up? I called you an hour ago and you said they were fine." He paused hearing what came after that and he sighed as he sat back in his chair, pinching the bridge of his nose. "Mikey...come on, man. You didn't know she was taking money? Why wasn't that in your paperwork? The paperwork I got last month from you that you said was up-to-date?" He paused as Mike answered him, giving him the excuse that his finances were handled by his sister, fresh out of college with no experience. "Listen, Mikey, just get it all settled. If you want, I can give you some money for the loss, but I'm going to have you pay me back after you pay taxes and bills, or you're going to have to start charging more for the piercings and I would rather not have to do that."

Jason sighed when he got to the kitchen and wiated for the water to boil. Rubbing his forehead he waited for it and thinging of the numbers he was getting from some office. They were just too perfect but how he could possibly say that to their boss? But still... he should. Thinking about it he just stood there and tried to figure out what to say so the other male wouldn't think of him as insane.

Cain hung up the phone and sighed heavily as he rubbed his forehead. He felt a headache coming on, not only because he had to worry about what was happening in Miami, but because he'd have to deliver the bad news to Jason that the numbers were wrong for that branch. He hated doing that. Jason did an amazing job keeping up with everything and it irritated him as much as it did Cain that things like this could happen in a blink of an eye and no one would know. He stood slowly from his chair and made his way out of his office room to Jason's to find that the red head wasn't there, so he decided to head to the kitchen area, figuring the man had gotten up to make coffee since he had noticed Jason looked a bit off today.

"Hey, Jase." Cain greeted, using the nickname he had given him. He figured it was a good start to a bad conversation. He even put a hand on the red head's back and gave it two pats before removing his hand.

As he was doing his coffee he thought of his boss. He was actually curious if he was already in work. Jason had a room in the same building but they rarely saw each other. Cain was quite an inteligent man. Also handsome, tall and muscled. And being a boss of the chain of piercing and tattoo studios in the age of twenty eight? Quite impressive. Jason was with him from the first studio so now he was reponsible for the finances of all four extablishments.. and from what he knew there would be even more in the future.
He flinched when he heard Cain's voice behind his back all of a sudden. Blinking he looked back at the tall man only to go back to making his coffee.
"Good morning, boss", he muttered adding whip cream and cinnamon he put his cup on small plate.
He didn't like stains on his desk. The only mess he tolerated was during sex.

Jason was important to Cain, as the redhead had been with him since the first studio and had handled the finances with ease of all four establishments. He was an interesting person, as he mostly kept to himself when he wasn't out partying. He found it a little hard not to stare at him everytime he did get a chance to see him walk by, there was just something about the way he walked and acted during the day at work as opposed to when they'd have the rare get-together at a bar when it was just the two of them. Cain always felt close to Jason because they'd been together through the mess of trying to handle multiple branches of his company, and because of that he wanted to get to know him better, as they rarely saw each other outside the office and Cain was usually working nights when no one else was able to take the shift.

"Hey, uh...I got some bad news." Cain said softly as he leaned on the counter top while watching Jason finish his coffee. "Apparently the manager in Miami, Mike, sent us the wrong paperwork last month. It wasn't updated, and he had lost some money because the girl who was handling his finances wasn't paying attention and an employee was taking money from the shop and running off with it."

After hearing Cain he sighed, rubbing his forehead.
"I knew something was wrong", he muttered, shrugging. "The numbers were too perfect. I wanted to go to you with it but before that I tried to figure out what to tell you. If I would say the numbers are too perfect you would think I'm insane.. or something.."

Cain chuckled softly. "Don't worry about it. I wouldn't think you were crazy. You have an eye for these things." he replied before crossing his arms across his chest.

He was wearing a black t-shirt that did little to hide the muscles he had, a pair of black jeans, and some nice boots. He really didn't dress fancy to work. "He's going to send me the updated paperwork within a week and I told him that I could either pay for the loss or he could start charging more for complicated piercings. I don't want him to, but it's an option."
