Jason looked at Cain feeling like he was about to cry. He was really glad that didn't happened since he had enough embarrassment for now. Nodding his head he looked down one more time. He didn't know anyone as good as Cain and even him made him feel like hiding in some dark place to never come out again.

Cain pulled Jason against his chest after he saw that Jason looked like he was about to cry. He was certain it was just from happiness from his words, but he wrapped his arms around his boyfriend anyway and just held Jason so that the redhead could gather his thoughts. He even rubbed Jason's back to try and keep Jason's mind from running wild. "How about you eat and I'll go get your hair brush, okay?" he said softly after a few moments of silence.

Jason felt really good in those arms... and really safe. After few more minutes he calmed down and then nodded his head. It sounded like a good plan. And he was really, really hungry. Jason had a lot of psychical scars to heal, he knew that and was really glad Cain was patient enough to be able to not only take it but also made him feel better about it.

Cain slowly pulled his arms away from Jason and reached over to get the plate of food so he could place it in Jason's lap, then he kissed Jason's forehead. "Eat all you want, honey. I'll go find your brush." he replied as he got off the bed and he walked into Jason's bathroom where he found a hairbrush, then he walked back into the bedroom and he got back on the bed behind Jason.

Jason ate really quickly and by the time Cain was back he had almost empty plate. Then he looked and Cain and smiled a bit.
"You're a really good cook.. can I have more?", he asked, not sure if it was alright to ask the other male to do something like that.

"Of course, baby. Of course you can have more. You can have as much as you'd like...don't be afraid to ask for anything, especially for more food if you feel you need it." Cain said before planting a gentle kiss to Jason's shoulder. He stood from the bed, leaving the brush on the mattress, and he picked up the plate from Jason's lap while also giving Jason the glass of wine he had poured for him.

Smiling happily he took the glass and took few sips. It felt so good to have someone to take care of him. It also was so long since he had anyone to do something like that for him. Maybe he was stupid but he was pretty happy about it.

Cain moved away from the redhead and down the stairs to return to the kitchen to fill up Jason's plate again. He warmed it in the microwave for a few minutes before he brought the plate back up the stairs to Jason's bedroom so he could gently set it in Jason's lap, then he moved back behind Jason and picked up the hairbrush to start carefully brushing Jason's long red hair after pulling the long strands back out of the way so Jason could eat.

For once he just let himself enjoy everything. The silence. The calmness he felt. The food. Those careful yet strong hands. Cain let him feel something he didn't feel for a really long time. Jason wasn't able to precise what was that feeling.. but he sure liked it and wanted to feel it more often.

Cain slowly ran the brush through Jason's long strands of hair as he let Jason enjoy the silence. He had a feeling that Jason didn't have many moments where he just sat in silence, not even his mind allowing him to enjoy quiet. He wanted to give Jason everything he could ever ask for, or things that Jason desired but didn't have the courage to ask. He wanted the redhead to feel spoiled.
