Jason's mind really was getting all chaotic and filled with questions but it was all stopped with that simple kiss... and even make him relax a bit. That simple fact made him warm up to the idea of Cain being his boyfriend.

'I don't really believe you' was samothing Jason wanted to say but decided not to. The other male was really confusing so maybe he really meant it. No. Jason wasalmost sure he was being serious. And yet it didn't mean he would be able to pull it off.

Jason blinked and blushed brightly. Without a word he got out from the car... and then pasued, seeing the building of his work place. What before seemed like a normal door to the safe and nice place now looked more for him like the gates of Hell. Not really thinking much he turned around on his foot and started to walk away. His heart was beating fast and his eyes showed some of the panic he felt inside.

Cain caught Jason's shoulders gently with his hands and he looked down at the redhead who was trying to walk away. "Come on, honey...don't walk away now. I'll walk in there with you." he said softly. He wrapped his arms around Jason and he turned his head to kiss Jason's cheek.

Cain lifted Jason's head so the redhead had to look at him and he leaned in to kiss Jason's lips deeply yet again, breaking the kiss after a few seconds. He then pushed Jason's hair gently behind his ears. "Come on, honey. Let's go in together, make a statement. Whatever anyone else says, it's not important."

Jason almost glared at Cain when he heard him.
"Easy for you to say. You're sitting in your office and rarely go out and if then you're the boss. No one would dare or want to gossip behind you back", he said, obviously very stressed. "And me... I would need to deal with all of it.. The slut would be me while you're still the boss... respected and all..."
Clearly Jason didn't know that people knew who he was and appreciated his work as well as Cain's. In fact he was being seen as a second in command. Yes... Jason should get some reality check in the way he was seeing himself as.

Cain blinked a few times hearing the response and even raised an eyebrow. Everyone had always told Cain that they admired the redhead, as little as he had spoken to everyone, and Cain even bragged to the others about how helpful and how much Jason meant to the company. Was Jason just so absorbed with everything in his head that he never realized? "Jason...baby...you really need a rain check." he said softly. "Everyone I've spoken to think only highly of you...they know you've been there for me through thick and through thin, when I needed you the most. I've made friends with my employees, including you."
