Maybe they are there, those feelings, because he knew your family for so long. But I am not sure. Your son.. helped me a bit. Thanks to him my punishments aren't so bad right now.. Maybe if Destro would be able to fall in love.."
Ashley just shook his head on that thought.. not able to see it right now.. but it was only few days since he got here so... maybe.. Destro was lying to himself about not having feelings but... was he able to love? It would be hard on him in first days of older vampire realising what he felt.. but still.. Was he able to do that?

Listening with much interest, Nona looked at Ashley apprehensively as he spoke of Destro falling in love, knowing it was probably something no one believed, but she did. Although as punishments were brought up, the woman looked a little saddened. "How can Destro harm someone like you? It's a shame..." She sighed, but then decided to speak of something that happened before.
"I believe Destro can care enough to love. You should see him with me, he is like a father who is scared to watch her daughter leave the front door. He has tried telling me to turn into a vampire so many times, I believe he'd be sad when I do pass. When that happens....his bond with Roy will strengthen." Nona smiled a little. "Whatever happens, please make sure Roy is taken care of." Nona then whispered softly.

"It would strenghten", he nodded and then sighed. "If he would fall in love it would be really hard time for me. I.. through those few days I know Destro enough to know that he would take on me his insecurities... though still.. for me it seems any way he can stay alive. I don't believe all vampires like his ways... and.. well.. yeah....."
Ashley sighed softly thinging of that possibility.

"It would make him worse? Oh dear...I should speak with Destro." Before Nona could scare Ashley into thinking he'd mention him, she said instantly afterwards. "But I won't speak of this. Just a few things regarding how he is with everyone..." Nona knew it was a long shot, but but why not try? Plus Destro would respect her word, so speaking of it wouldn't get her into any trouble.
"Is there anything you'd like me to ask him or...tell him? He won't hurt me, I promise that." Nona reassured.

"But.. wouldn't he take it on me..? Your questions?", he asked, glancing at silent Ket and then look back to the woman. "Maybe about the labolatory..."
Ashley tried to think ahead and if Nona would ask Destro about it and then he would mention it.. and tell him about politics.. then maybe he would have a bigger chance to get through with it.

"Not if I tell him not to." Nona said softly. "It's happened before, where I spoke to him for another pet, I will not allow him to take it out on you. I promise." She said honestly before then looking a little saddened when he mentioned the laboratory. "Yes...that would be a good thing to speak of. That place needs to either be shut down, or changed." Nona muttered quietly.
Ket looked at Nona, to Ashley and kept silent for a little while longer, interested in the topic although he didn't want to be in the corner of the room just listening, so he decided to speak. "The laboratory, as well as a woman in particular...um, I'm not sure what her name is." Ket sighed, speaking of Alra of course. If they couldn't take out the innocent lives, at least she should be taken out, before it was too late...and maybe even she could get a new Master that would care for her a little more.

"Yes. Arla.. is the one of the reasons I want to go with it through... The place is really awful.. my idea was to form a group people to take the one's that did really bad things. But please.. don't tell anyone about it. It is just idea... Ket don't talk about with anyone.. and Nona if you speak with Destro about it being bad.. it would be enough for me to work with..", muttered Ashley and frowned, looking on the floor, his thoughts running wild.

Ket nodded his head with what Ashley said. "I won't tell anyone." he said instantly, paying attention to Nona since he had no if she was good with secrets or not.
"I won't either. You can trust me." Nona said before mentioning again. "I'll just mention how it should he changed, no specifications that will throw him off or make him upset about it." Nona tried to explain, wanting to make sure she didn't mess it up for Ashley, giving him no chance to change that horrible place.

"I have ten more minutes and I must leave. He is a bit nicer if I'm ealier than I should.. As I said I will let you know about Roy and tell him to visit you, Nona. Maybe he is too weak lately to get to you. I'll ask and do anything I can.."
Astually more than a granny the woman seemed just more like a friend than anything else. Old friendly human. Though still it was nice.

"Of course hun." Nona said instantly, understanding what he meant, and respecting that. "And that's fine, if it means you'll be safe then it would be best. I'll look forward to my sons company soon, it would be appreciated."
Ket eyed the clock, being nervous for Ashley but as long as he left on time he'd be okay. "I'll head back too, well once you go Ashley." Ket said to his friend, not wanting to really leave him alone with Destro but he knew he couldn't do much about it, unfortunately.
