Rayne moved his hand, again feeling the same the other did as he took a breath and leaned back, his hands moving towards Alex's hips for the moment. Ket seemed to be quiet for a second, creasing his brow as he leaned forward and tilted his head.
"Hey, it sounds weird but I swear I hear...."

For a moment he was silent, looking at the two although he seemed to stiffen up and widen his eyes, looking at Aleksander as if he had just seen a ghost. "Wait! Alex. That's impossible, you can't be right?" Ket asked, only to shake his head and keep the stunned look on his face, eyes moving back towards his stomach. "Are you pregnant?" He exclaimed, making Rayne tense up considerably.

"I can't be imagining things, but how..?" Ket trailed off, clearly a little perplexed.

Aleksander's heart stopped when he heard Ket saying those words. It was like that slow motion scenes in films.. only this one was happening for real. First the young vampire paled as a ghost and then blushed up to his ears only to growl and walk out of the, mumbling something under his breath. But.. he couldn't leave like that.. Ket was a friend.. Growling under his breath he stopped walking, dead still for few moments, hiding his face in his hands. For the fucks sake.. How is it possible I experience such things?? Not only I became a slave and a vampire but now... even got pregnant.. What's next? Wings?! Not sure what to do, lost in his own feeling Alex was standing there, feeling like crying and yelling at the same time.. and it seemed like a nice option to punch someone too.

It was evidently clear Ket's question didn't really please Rayne. The vampire looked at the man, gritting his teeth as he stood despite Ket speaking.

"Wha? Sorry I asked I ju-"

"Just give him a moment. Alright?" Rayne asked.

As Ket nodded his head, Rayne slowly walked over to Aleksander. He frowned softly, the emotions he was experiencing only made Rayne want to reach out to hold him, but he gave him a moment. As he stood in front of Alex, the vampire reached his arms around him, almost completely covering him from everyone else's view, pulling him in close.

Running his hand along Alex's back, Rayne kept his composure, keeping as calm as he can in hopes it might do the same to the other man. He softly pressed his head against his neck, brushing his lips against his ear as he whispered to him, trying to reassure him.
"Breathe for me baby. Try your best to relax, try." Rayne ushered him, knowing he might not be too happy being coddled but the man went with the risk. "Focus on me alright?" he muttered as he listened to Alex's heartbeat, trying to make sure it evened out.

Alex's body was still as a board and it could be felt when Rayne touched his back. Still.. he didn't move away when hugged, at the moment even breathing seeming like a challenge. And then the connection started to work both ways, the young vampire able to feel calmness washing over his body, making him let out a shaky breath and lean onto his boyfriend's strong body. Taking a deep breath and then another he slowly felt himself relaxing, feeling tired, like he would run a marathon. Instead of his hands he hid his face against the other's broad chest. While he was working on accepting a fact he was pregnant it was still scary and overwhelming. Because how stupid it was for a male to.. be able to get pregnant?! Taking in Rayne's smell he tried not to think too hard.

Rayne stayed like that for a few minutes, feeling Alex calming down, relaxing against him as he glanced back, gesturing Ket over. He whispered to the man, telling him to keep in contact. Since they exchanged numbers it wouldn't be too hard, for the time being the older vampire had his own ideas.

"I'm taking you home." Rayne muttered to Alex, keeping an arm wrapped around him as he brought the other up, playing with the ends of his hair. He gave him another few minutes before pulling him closer. "You can talk with Ket another day. You're coming home with me, understand?" Rayne asked, voice soft as he looked down at Alex, running his hand through his hair gently, moving it out of his face.
"Unless you want to stay." He added shortly after, wanting him to know he had a choice.

Alex was grateful that Rayne spoke to Ket, telling him to keep in touch. For the time being he didn't know how to face him, feeling ashamed and terrified. Then he shook his head. No, he didn't want to stay. He wanted to run away from here and hide somewhere, so he could collect his thoughts without others looking. He wanted to work out.. but at the moment he wanted something else much more. Whispering barely audibly that he wanted to go home he followed Rayne, not even sure when they got back home, taking off his clothes she crawling under covers, hiding entirely. Some tears formed in his eyes, feeling quite emotional at the moment, all different emotions swelling inside him. Hiding his face in a pillow he took a deep, shaky breath. Don't be a pussy.. It just a baby.. No! It wasn't just a baby. It was so much more than that.. and it was terrifying.. especially since he never could even imagine there was a slightest possibility of him birthing one.

Making their way back home, Rayne stuck close to Alex until they arrived, letting him move towards the bed and hide under the covers. He walked to the bathroom, sliding his shirt off and tossing it on the ground before pulling his hair up and braiding either side to keep the hair from his face, tying it completely into a ponytail. Heading back into the room, Rayne looked over at the bed, slowly making his way over and then sliding under the covers, his hands running over Alex as he pulled him in close to his bare chest.
It was difficult to ignore how Aleksander felt, the slight ache in his chest he felt for his boyfriend made Rayne want to hold him tighter. His fingers ran along the inside of Alex's waist, moving his hair yet again so it wouldn't be in the way of his face.

"This will not break you. Just as my brother hadn't. You're strong, one of the many reasons I love you." Rayne muttered against his head, speaking mostly to calm him, not really thinking of what he spoke though every word was true. "Try to relax, focus." Rayne moved his hand towards Alex's lower back, pushing him in closer to his own body whilst holding him. "That's it baby, relax." He breathed as his jaw ran along Aleksander's temple.

Alex was so focused on himself that he didn't really hear Rayne moving here and there, flinching when he was touched in the end. For few moments it felt like he was all alone, nothing existing aside from the tight, warm space he buried himself in. And then came those calm, warm hands, bringing.. relaxation with them. Taking a deep breath and then again he found himself wrapping his hands around the strong neck and kiss those lips that were trying to speak things to calm him down.

"It won't break me.. but it's hard to.. accept it all.. I thought I did.. but I was lying to myself..", he sighed after breaking a kiss and then shaking his head. "It was like.. all air pumped out of me.. all strength when Ket asked about that.. And I was so... ashamed.. A man being pregnant.. Think how absurd it sounds.."

Rayne took a breath himself, the kiss absolving a bit of the feelings welt up inside him, feeling his arms reach up around him, though his words made the vampire purse his lips slightly.
It took a moment for him to speak, unsure exactly how to reply but the man tried his best. "Absurd? Honestly it is a little, there is no reason for me to deny that, but I look at it both ways. Do you think it's all bad? Do you wish this hadn't happened?" Rayne wondered, brow furrowed curiously.

"Do you regret anything?" He asked softly as he looked at Alex.

"No.. we talked about it. Not having it.. would mean killing it, deny the other life to exist.. I.. just. See how absurd it is.. My life was a bit hard but then as everything settled down.. I became a vampire and a slave.. and now.. a mother.. Just how much of crazy stuff can happen to one person? Not to mention all kinds of magic stuff.. like rings that doesn't let you sleep.. things like that..", he tried to explain, sighing. "Regret.. I don't know.. Things happened... and I'm overwhelmed... freaked out at times. My body is changing.. and will keep changing.. it's not something that supposed to happened to a man. It is so... strange in so many ways.. And scary. Very scary. And I can't do anything to fight it off.. No amount of fighting would change anything.."
