"Oh... wow... I'm new... and since I got here... everything seems awful.... For me... the way others want to get attention from that bastard.......... It's not even funny. Though... maybe all masters are so insane..", he muttered, making sure no one other than Ket would hear him. "Sorry for that.. you wanted to speak about something."

Looking back at Ashley, Ket's smile left and he frowned, focusing on the ground for a moment and letting out a soft breath. After a few seconds, Ket shook his head and spoke low enough for only the other vampire to hear. "I heard Destro is the worst though...I mean, of course I'm punished but it's nothing as bad as the rumours. My Master just starves me for the day, that's about it. He knows how strong I am, he wouldn't risk much physical punishment but...he has broken my arms a few times." Ket mumbled and shook his head before saying a soft 'ah' and nodding.
"Yeah, just wanted to ask you...if either of us find ourselves in a situation where we aren't being supervised, or if we're going through a hard time...I just thought maybe we could either talk or fight."

Ket's eyes went back to Ashley as he continued. "Fighting takes away my frustration and anger. It also really calms me oddly enough, as long as it's training of course. So I just wanted to tell you if you ever, somehow have some time to waste, you can come to me. My room is actually the first one up the stairs to the second floor. My Master doesn't mind visitors, surprisingly enough." Ket said, finally allowing Ashley to speak since he knew it would be really difficult to have 'free' time but he had to at least give him that option.

Hearing out everything other vampire told him he then smiled and nodded.
"Yes. It helped me really a lot.. fighting with you and... having fun. I... wouldn't wish for anyone to get Destro... he is... It's...", Ashley shivered, while pausing. "I.... him... He is really cruel. Broking my arms, legs and spine was my first punishment.. but it can be much worse. So... I would love to fight with you when it would get really bad. Well.. I'm at least glad that I could fight with you. Thank you for that."
Not looking at Ket he rubbed his arm, already fearing going back. With a soft sigh he looked at the other vampires.
"My life... never was easy. I needed to work for everything with my own two hands.. And he took it from me. Just like that.. I'm surprised I can be so calm about it..", he said with a soft sigh.

Ket nodded in agreement and smirked. "Exactly. Fighting releases stress and is really nice to do whenever you feel frustrated." he muttered, looking back at Ashley and listening to the horrible things Destro had done. Shaking his head, Ket put a hand to his head and sighed. How could someone do that to another? And if that was the first punishment, Ket didn't want to know what other things that man was capable of doing to Ashley.
"You don't deserve that shit...I hope he gets what he deserves someday." Ket muttered while looking ahead, glancing at Ashley and smirking. "No problem, I'm glad I can do something that can...ease you're pain."

Although what Ashley said next made Ket pissed off. He didn't express it, but he really felt the frustration inside of him rise. "You're life was hard even before this? I...fuck, I can't imagine how horrible it must feel, to go from something so bad into something probably worse. I know life isn't fair but it's just fucked up how it works. People get to live freely on the outside, get to be happy while we have to stay inside here." Ket closed his eyes and sighed once more. "You know...my life sucked too before this, but surprisingly enough I actually missed that. I'd much rather get shot again and risk my life then to be here for another day." Ket whispered truthfully.

"Well.. it wasn't all bad.. my life. It was just hard.. And just before I was.. captured I managed at last to set up my own business.. everything seemed to.. be normal at last. And then it happened. And yeah.. I would like to go back as well", said Ashley barely audibly, looking on the floor before him and then he chuckled softly. "Damn.. I'm getting depressed thinking of it. There is no way we can go back to our previous lives. And that is something I will never forgie him for. Not the nightmare of living with him.. and doing cruel things to me whenever I don't want to do something like killing an innocent animal or human.. but that that he took it from me. My life that I worked for so damn hard."

Ket's brown eyes focused on Ashley and he listened, every single word made the man feel the pain of what happened years ago, his own life, and just how horrible it is that they were forced into this. Ket shook his head, waiting for Ashley to finish before whispering. "That might be true, but...we have to try and make our futures brighter as well. It's stupid, but sometimes I think that my life of eternity could be spent somewhere other than here. I mean...if we can live for hundreds of years....there has to be a possibility something will happen during that time, that'll change what's going on right now." Ket glanced at Ashley and then spoke again.
"There aren't any pets here that are over ten. Which means something has to happen when they reach a certain age, or..maybe the Masters get tired of them. I just keep on thinking that hopefully someday I'll get out of here...try to live a normal life again as much as possible." Ket sighed and leaned back smiling. "Let's change the topic. I don't want us being upset, we have a chance to talk and have some fun so let's try that alright?" Ket asked.

"Mhm. You're right. There is a hell of time for the things to change", he said with a small smile, liking the way other male was thinking.
So.. no one older than ten... Ashley wondered why was that. Nodding his head at the change of a subject he looked at the girl that Ket wrapped his arm around, ealier at the cafeteria.
"So... is she your girlfriend?", he asked with a smirk, his light green eyes back at Ket.

"Exactly." Ket smirked, sighing and seeming a lot more relaxed now. Even though it was nice to speak to him about it...there was a part of Ket that wanted to forget about this place and just drift off into another world. When Ashley asked him the question about the woman, Ket chuckled and glanced over at the blond female before sighing.
"No...not exactly." Ket rubbed his neck while glancing back at Ashley. "Pets can't really be in relationships, although we're close friends, knew her before turning into a vamp. Actually, she's the only part of my past I have now, so I almost see her as a sister.... although my girlfriend sounds nice." Ket focused back on her and sighed. "It sucks though...to have a male Master who needs to do something with that sexual desire. Thank gods it wasn't my first time..." Ket shook his head but then tried cheering up the situation by asking Ashley a question.

"How about you? Have anyone you're interested in?" Ket asked with a curious smile. "There are a few good looking vampires here, male and female, despite half being assholes." Ket chuckled.

Ashley chuckled when he heard Ket saying the girlfriend sounded good. And then he sighed at the question.
"Even if I would be interested in someone.. with someone like Destro I wouldn't dare to start anything. And.. now is the first time I had some time alone while not being closed in the room. So far... it's a most normal and not scary thing that had happened since I was changed", said Ashley and shrugged. "Whatever.. It's not like have any free time anyway.."

Ket looked at Ashley for a few moments before slowly nodding his head, understanding what he was saying completely. He couldn't imagine what he'd do to the person that Ashley began caring for, all the rumours about the vampire were horrific, and he could only guess what he'd do if his pet fell in love with someone.
"Of course...that makes sense. Well for two months you'll be here three times a week. That's about five hours a week, eight weeks in two months, so...forty hours away from Destro is better than being with him at all times I'd presume." Ket said, trying his best to make the situation a little more optimistic. "Besides, maybe after a few weeks pass he'll let you do more things. He already let you into this class, a big step isn't it?" Ket asked.
