He repeated several times his new name and then smiled happily. Gold eyes brightened.
"Yes. I really like it, sir."
For a while he repeated it in his mind. Enjoying it Xuaniko tilted his head imitating the ealier gesture of Lucius.
"When master will like me I will be able change my size", betrayed wanting to give something back for a nice name.
He saw that his master was fascinated with all this so he thought that information.. would allow master to enjoy it even more.

The silver grey haired male's expression turned into a small frown as he did not understand.
"Change your size?" he questioned the last part again.
"What do you mean by 'liking you?" he questioned the other again.

Not good. Master was not amused. Was it wrong to say this ahead of time? So now he would not like him at all? Or maybe he didn't like how Xuaniko looked like? Maybe he was not his type? Really not good.

Lucius didn't quite understand what the other was trying to explain.
Well,he did but his mind refused to believe something like that.
Why would something like that even make any sense?
He frown on his face only increased but he refused to say something that he'd regret.

Judging by how the other reacted to his mood change did show that he was being truthful.
After a few moments,Lucius calmed and his facial expression turned to normal again.
All of a sudden he stood from the table and carefully picked him up.

Xuaniko was really scared when master picked him up. He closed his eyes and covered his head with his hands, even though that it obviously could not help him in any way if the elf wanted to hurt him.
"I... D-don't hurt me."
He was shaking really badly.

"Huh?" Lucius blinked and looked at the other who was in his hold.
It would seem that Niko rushed to his own conclusions.
"I have no intention to." he stated simply.
He felt himself soften,the other was like some scared child,trembling in his hold.
"Honestly..." he sighed softly with a small smile,holding the other higher up against his shoulder and lightly rubbing his back with few of his fingers.

Slowly calmed when he felt a warm touch on his back. This meant that the master is not angry. That's everything all right, and he shouldn't be scared. Xuaniko sighed at the same time enjoying the near warm of other being. He slowly stopped to shake.
