Daniel chuckled at this as he drove home and once there, he couldn't bare himself to wake up Patrick. So grabbing the cake and opening the door and unbuckling Patrick; Daniel whispers some words and Patrick seems to float gently out of the car. Shutting the door, he takes the sleeping man into the house and puts him to bed before putting away the cake and feeding the kittens. Once all those were done, he undressed and went to bed himself.

Patrick woke up some time later with a gasp. He sat on his bed and hid his face into his hands, trembling and covered in sweat. After some time he sighed and went to the 'gym-room'. He was there for quite some time and after had a shower. When he went downstairs clock already showed that it was six in the morning. He sighed and sat on the couch. After few minutes Dottie came to him and he took her and looked in her eyes.
"You are sensitive to changes in my mood or something?", he asked the kitten just to have it meow back, making him laugh and hug Dottie. "You are, aren't you?"
Kuro and Yuki most of the time played by themselfs but didn't mind other kittens to join in their fun. Ace was one hell of individual but liked to have someones attention. Dottie on the other hand loved to be hugged, petted and was sweet, little thing, at least to him. Strangely enough Patrick thought they all were just like him. Could be a loner in his lab but didn't really mind to have someone to share his passion, was individual one and liked attention and most of all he really liked to be hugged.

Daniels alarm went off promptly at six as he stretched and yawned. Getting out of the bed he grabbed his last set of clean clothes and apron and went to the bathroom to take a quick shower so he could get breakfast started.

Once finished (10-15 minutes) he came out of his room to notice Patrick and the kittens were up. "Good morning, Patrick, Dottie, Kuro, Yuki, and Ace. Patrick would you like some tea or coffee this morning? Maybe even hot chocolate if neither sounds good to you?"

"Chocolate sounds good. Also thank you and sorry about yesterday", said Patrick, looking at Daniel and pouts as he added. "You don't have your new clothes on you... Why? You don't like them?"

"Chocolate it is then," he nods and be smiles as he instinctfully pats Patrick on the head. "After bringing you in and taking care of some things and left everything in the car. Also it was late and sleep seemed more important. I promise to wear the new clothes tomorrow as I do laundry."

After a few minutes (feeding the kittens and making the hot coco), Daniel returns with two empty mugs and a large pot with a bag of marshmallows. "Don't fall asleep on me now," he joked as he set the glasses down and put in a handful of marshmallows and poured the hot chocolate over it.
