Cliff looked at him and blinked when he heard that, "ah, school isnt really your thing?" He asked him softly as he blinked curiously and took another puff. Getting more and more interested in Alexander.

"Not really...I really wanted to be a musician, even had someone willing to let me use his studio to practice. My dad put a stop to it and threatened to cut me off from the family account if I kept on and didn't go to school. So, here I am...and I don't even get a check. All of the money goes straight to the school and I need to call my dad to get access to it. That's why I took up a job at an instrument shop in town, so I'd have money to spend." Alexander replied softly before taking a long drag of the paper roll.

Cliff listened to his story intently and nodded his head, "Ah Yeah my mom is like that with school as well, but I don't think I minded that much." He muttered while scratching his head, "although I don't know what I want to be yet." He mumbled before simply shrugging his head as he looked at Alexander when he took a long drag of the paper and smirked softly.

Cliff looked at him and noticed that he seemed to be in thought, so he decided it was best to leave him with his thoughts for now as he blew out his puff of smoke and finally took a can of beer, opening it and started chugging it from the feel of his dry mouth.

Alexander looked over and watched Cliff down his beer, more like chug it and couldn't help but start to snicker and laugh. The innocent-looking male chugging down a beer just was funny to him to watch, maybe because of the marijuana.

Cliff continued to drink until he finished his first round of beer before looking at Alexander and catching him starring at him. He blinked puzzlingly and looked quite innocently since perhaps he heard his chugging.
He chuckled softly. "I-I was just thirsty." He murmured.
