Sasuke was breathing weakly very weakly as it was almost like he was not breathing.

the machines started to give alarm as the nurse ran into the room looking at the machine and then felt his hand as she sighed and looked at shiro, "well it's like he started to give up the fighting. if it will continue like this then he would be probably dead by tomorrow " she said carefully to shiro as the was flowing some kind of medicine into sasuke's body trying to help him. "i will go look if there is something we could do to stop it" she said to shiro as she walked quickly out of the room

Sasuke body was getting more cold as his breathing sometimes completely stopped before he was breathing very weakly again.

SHiro lifted his head off of sasukes chest and kissed his forehead" please stay strong for me" he said to sasuke not wanting to have sasuke die on him after the transplant.
