Even if Deiru was right, Kaden wished he wasn’t. Cooking wasn’t something he was bad at, nor was he the best at it either, so he liked to leave it up to Grace whenever possible. As he bit into his food, Kaden chewed and hummed in thought. “She likes making more complex things. Risotto, the best creamy mashed potatoes, although her lasagna…I’d kill for that.” he joked yet again, never really killing for food but he‘d be tempted to. “Mm oh, and she knows how to make sushi too, delicious.”

Kaden took a little while longer to finish his own food, as he did he went to the sink and put the dishes inside, not having any intention of cleaning them at the moment. Instead he focused on refilling his glass and drinking a bit more, looking at Deiru and wondering what was on his mind, but not asking, most likely he’d be declined the right to ask if he even tried.

".. sushi..", he repeated when he snapped out of his thoughts and shook his head. "I don't know it. What is it? Is it good?"
Taking his plate he put it to the sink and looked through the window. It was really nice weather on the outside.. and he couldn't help but to think it would be nice to go out. Maybe find some troubles or the troubles to find him.. He didn't really want to kill just like that but on the other hand he wouldn't one or two brawls... To just play with some knifes or.. even fists..
"I want to go out", he mumbled with a sigh.

Kaden looked at Deiru in surprise, furrowing his eyebrows, clearly dumbfounded. “You’ve never had sushi? You’re missing out. It consists of cooked rice, raw fish, and nori….another word for seaweed. It tastes better than it sounds.” Kaden muttered, his mouth beginning to water from the thought of it alone.
What snapped him from his thoughts was Deiru saying he wanted to go out. Kaden looked back at him, clenching his jaw and eyeing his body.
For a moment, he was going to decline but he took a deep breath and leaned his head against the counter. “Then go out” The older demon said rather quietly, knowing he’d most likely regret it later, but as long as Deiru didn’t kill anyone he couldn’t keep him held up like a caged animal. Kaden would go outside with him, but that would barely give him any freedom, so he thought against it.
“Just make sure you come back before the evening hits.”

When he heard those three simple words he first thought he heard wrong. Though then it was followed by be back before evening. He just smiled and nodded in few steps being by the doors. Putting in his shoes he realised he should buy second pair.. Whatever..
"I'll be back before evening then."
That said he went out, closing the doors after himself. Now that he started to move and probably after bath his muscles didn't hurt so much.

Before the evening he was back. Opening the doors he quietly closed them behind himself. He really got into the fight.. his black eye and scraped fist showing that all to well.. Though he made sure that the eye was covered by his hair and hand out the plain view.

Kaden’s eyes followed Deiru when he headed towards the door, keeping himself frozen for a few moments until the young demon spoke and left. Sighing deeply, Kaden walked towards his bedroom and began to get a few things set up.
Hours passed and Kaden was in bed, passed out on his back, his shirt off although new, fresh blankets covered him. With his hands up above his head, Kaden looked as relaxed as ever, sleeping soundly although it didn’t take much to wake him. Without opening his eyes, the older demon began to grumble loudly, trying to see if that was Deiru walking into his house or someone breaking in yet again.
“Derruu?” Kaden said in a groggy voice, not saying his name right although trying to. “That better be you.” He called out while peeking his bleary eyes open.

"I'm not fuckin' Derruu. I'm D-e-i-r-u", he said as he took off his shoes. "You're getting senile, huh? Well.. looking how damn old are you it's not really strange, is it?"
Taking out some beer from the fridge he sat himself on the couch. Touching softly his eye he sighed. He just hope the eye was alright. Licking his lips he opened the beer and chugged half of it. Deiru tuned on the tv but turned it off as he started to grow a headache from those sounds. He took one of the magazines he brought other day and read a bit instead of watching tv.

“That’s what I said.” Kaden sighed, putting his hands up to rub his eyes and stretch, his arms hitting the wall behind him in the process. Pushing the blankets off of himself, he glared and scoffed. “Quit it with the old jokes…jackass.”
Staying in bed, just laying there, Kaden kept his hands near his head, yawning momentarily and trying his best to keep his eyes open. After a few minutes, Kaden finally got up, putting his undershirt back on and walking sluggishly into the living room where Deiru was.
Walking past him for the time being, he glanced at the back of his head and cocking an eyebrow. “How was it? Being outside I mean.” Kaden asked while scratching his stomach and grabbing a box of cereal, eating it without the use of milk.

"It was fun. Didn't kill anybody if you're asking about that", he said with a sigh.
Though he wasn't sure because after his eye was hit he lost it a bit. He was fighting with his legs mostly so that why only one of his hands was scrapped quite a bit. His hands weren't made for smashing someones face with them..
"And you got back to sleep? That's quite poor excistence - eating, sleeping, fucking and working", stated Deiru turning his magazine on another page.

Kaden shook his head and crunched on a bit of the cereal. “I didn’t think you killed anyone actually, just curious if you liked being out.” The older demon said truthfully. Hearing Deiru earlier saying he had no intention to kill, for some reason he believed him.
Kaden stopped moving, even breathing when Deiru said the next part. He looked at the other male, slowly putting the box away and just starring at the wall for a moment before letting out a low, false laugh. “I know that, trust me.”
After a short pause, Kaden walked back towards his bedroom, leaving his door open, and heading towards his dresser. Deciding to take his clothes out for tomorrow, Kaden…literally having nothing else to do.

So he believed him? That surely was something new.. And then he heard that something pretending to be a laughter. Forgetting about his eye and what not he followed Kaden. Leaning on the door frame he looked at other male.
"Don't pretend. If you're hurt just punch back or yell. Just don't be one of those phatetic fools. Don't like your life being so simple then change it for fucks sake", he growled, somehow Kaden's reaction ticking him off.
