After a couple of hours, Tim exits, all patched up, too. He sees Kobi and smiles, sitting next to him and wincing again. "Hey sleepyhead." he says, holding Kobi's hand.

He was half awake when Tim finally came out. He stares at him and then smiles. Happy to see him all patched up. "Hey." he said happily. Sounding like he hasn't seen him in over a month. "So what's going to happen now?" he asked. Taking hold of his hand and give it a gentle squeeze.

Tim smiles, "They told me that they'll contact me when they get the DNA match, and they'll arrest him soon." He says, kissing Kobi. Tim looked a little worried, but he looked much better than before, "Thank you for making me do this." He says, touching his forehead to Kobi's

He saw the worried look on his face and couldn't blame him. But he was going to be there for him. He sighed with relief and smiled happily. Chuckling when he was given a kiss on his forehead. "You're welcome. I am sorry that I pushed you to this. But I didn't want to see someone I care about get hurt by someone while they get away with it. I wanted to help you. I don't want to make the same mistake again." he tells him with a sad look before. Like he had been through this before.

Tim frowns a little and says, "Is there.... something about you that I should know about?" He asks, deciding he was curious.

When he asked if he should know. He looks at him with sad eyes,but then smiles sadly. "It's just have to do with the reason as to why my brother hates me. That's all." he tells him.

Tim frowns, "I want to know." He says, then kisses Kobi, "Let's go back to the hotel." He says, standing.

"Alright. When we get back, I'll tell you." he said. Standing up from the bench and looks at Tim. "Do you need help?" he asked. Offering his hand to him with a small smile on his face.

Tim smiles and accepts the help, thanking Kobi. They get outside and see a taxi is waiting for them. They get it and head to the hotel, and soon they're in their room.

Once they were in the room. He lead Tim to the bed and laid him down. Going to the other side ans at down. Taking a calming breath. He looks at his lovers and begins his tale. "Growing up was pretty hard on me and my brother. We practically raised ourselves. Of course my brother mostly stayed at a friends house. While I stayed at him. I took the abused from our parents and bare it. Thinking that I can handle it until I moved out. However it didn't turned out that way. For both my mother and father got very wasted and my brother was home for one. They were fighting because my mother was threatening my father that she would leave. Of course he told her that without him, she was nothing. Like us kid. We begged them to stop, but the moment we stepped in. We knew that we were in trouble." he starts out. Sounding like he was about to crack under pressure.

"I don't know what happen after that. I woke in the hospital. It turns out that our neighbor had called the police to complain about the noise. They asked me if this been going on for awhile. I told them yes and also then that my brother has been suffering from the abuse as well. But my brother is far older then me. I was a minor and he was adult by law. So while they helped me out...they didn't help my brother." he said and sniffed. Tears rolling down his face. "I was so scared at that time and I didn't even help my brother through it. Ever since then. My brother hated me and I don't blame him. I felt like I them get away with them beating him. So when that happened to you...it just stirred up bad memories. This time, I knew I can do something." he told him. Looking away from him and wiped his tears from his eyes.
