Saddest Yaoi Mangas Ya Ever Read~
the saddest ones I read was Sakura Gari, Love Mode, and the others I forgoten their names... sorry :X
here's the summary of these 2 mangas
Sakura Gari - Sakura Gari is gorgeous Taishou Era romantic story, ten years in the making. It centers around the 16 year old Tagami Masataka as he is aiming to find his place in life. While attempting to start prep school as a rounin he encounters Saiki Souma, the son of a distinguished noble of the Saiki Koushyaku family and becomes part of the Saiki household .
Love Mode - Mistaken identities, bizarre accidents and pratfalls, tragic pasts and plenty of broken hearts, and that’s just for starters! Love Mode tells the story of the lives of the men involved with the classy male escort service, Blue Boy. Lovelines intertwine and cross, friendships are made and broken in this boys’ love classic!

Complex was pretty sad.
Oh, and the Spice Spectre (I think it's called that) story from the manga Touch Me Again. I read that and cried a lot.

It's pretty long, but I guess I'll give it a go again?

The saddest Yaoi I ever read has gotta be Spit out your soul, a One Piece zosan yaoi, it was absolutely beautiful, it had a lot of depth for a rape yaoi but also a wonderful plot for story, it ended well but man the 2nd and 3rd book had me super worried (there are only 3 books) if you like zosan I suggest it to anyone and everyone

It was more a shonnen boilove anime (I havn't read the manga), but the second and final Wiess Kruez series had a very depressing 'almost everyone dies' ending that was completely unexpected.
The series was about an all male crime-fighting group with various weapons and personalities. although most characters were supposedly hetro, it was just soooo muuuuch male love innuendo and burning sexual tension.
I think the creator had issues. Seemed to really despise females given how they all died horribly within minutes of being introduced to the series.
It also had the hotttest, most awsome bad-guy. Meester Crawwwfoard.
