I may not have the right bribe right with a kitten, but maybe something else that he has wanted....We can set up a meeting with Kira in order to give him a chance to explain himself....That's what he wants, for people to see that his way is the best way...Give him a chance to prove that what he does is for the good." he said nodding, Sure he wouldn't really listen to whatever this Kira had to say..he just needed to have a way to meet with him, in video or person would be up to Kira.

Light turned this over in his head. This was actually a very good idea. If he met with L, he could make him undertand why justice! He could make him see why the criminals had to die. Then maybe L would surrender and he could live. Better yet, maybe he would join him. Two would be so much better then one in a case such as this. Besides, Misa was useless. Not to mention more trouble than she was worth. But was intelligent, like he was. L could contribute. And.... Well, being God was kind of lonely. "I think it's a great idea. Lets get the message out." He said, smiling.

L smiles as he nodded. This was working perfectly. "Right, now I need you all to be quiet...here we go" he said as he hit a few buttons and a big L sign popped onto the screen, it would stream onto every TV and or radio that was doing any type of broadcasting. "This is L, I have a very important message for Kira...I wish to speak with you. Either we can meet some how, or have a way to communicate in order to talk. You are looking for me, and I am looking for you...so why not just drop this game and talk already?" he asked before stopping the broadcast and sitting back, he chewed on his thumb nail and waited.

( sorry its not a glitch, Dx i just haven't been able to get on as much this week...same with next week. Next week is cuz of work, this week was because of angry father and stupid net connection.)

Descreetly Light's hand went into his pocket and he pulled out his cell phone, keeping his hand casually hidden behind his leg. It wasn't Light's cell phone - It was KIRA's, and Kira's phone connected to an automatic robotic voic broadcaster. He quietly began typing his responce. His expression was stonic, his typing was silent, and he didn't even look at his phone. There was brail writing on each button for blind people that he could feel with his thumb, because he was always thinking ahead.

Kira's name in gothic lettering appeared on the screen, earning a gasp from Matsuda. "Alright L, I'm here." Said a robotic voice from the computer.

L grinned as he looked at the screen. "Welcome Kira...Just one second as I clear out the room, that way we can all talk with no interruptions." he said. Signalling for the others to leave, He glanced over at Light for a second, his hand leaving the bottom that allows him to talk. "You can stay if you'd like, they'll most likely watch it from a different television, but mister gasping boy needs to go for sure." he commented.

Light chuckled and nodded as the others left, but he knew what L really wanted - To keep an eye on him whilst he conversed with Kira. This was a dangerous game. He'd have to type on his phone while keeping it hidden. He'd also have to make the right expressions and responces at the right times. One little slip up, and everything was over. All he had worked for, gone. Eden, detroyed.

As the door closed behind the Task Force, Light glanced at the screen with a semi-perfected expression of anxious awe. "It's hard to believe he's actually.... Wow." He swallowed. "Alright, this then. I'll be quiet." It'd be easier to be quiet, actually. Talking, typing, hiding, reacting... Too much. But he could handle three out of four of the tasks.

Light stared at the screen, keeping his face in an expression of anticipation as his thumb quietly worked. After a long minute, Kira replied. "The justice system is flawed. Criminals hire lawyers and get away with their crimes. Innocent people are sued or sent to jail. The only cure is to kill all the evil."

L pressed his lips together for a long moment as he stared at the screen. "The justice system is indeed flawed. But its the way the people have set things up. There are criminals who are found guilty and locked away. We need to have faith that one day, it will fix the corruptions and put away all guilty. " L said.
