If done correctly, by the time you fire the technique, your target would get pierced within a split second." Shikamaru explains.

"Gather your chakra but make sure you keep your arms rotating. When you are ready to shoot, point your fingers in the direction you want them to go. Make sure your fingers are as straight and tense as possible." Shikamaru could tell Takeo was a bit confused. "Think of how Neji does his byakuugan. He constantly rotates his arms, and when he feels he's ready to strike, he jabs his target with the tips of his fingers." I explain.
