Quin quirked yet another smile at that memory, shaking his head almost in a way to rid it from his mind while he sighed and looked back at the picture that was taken. It kind of looked like the man Casey was talking about, although Quin wasn’t too sure.
“Wonder why he’s sending this to us anyway…” The readhead muttered, curious as well as a little suspicious. Jonas seemed rather different earlier compared to the text, putting ASAP and even adding the word ‘please’ to the sentence.
“I think it could be him, but it’s too hard to tell.” Quin said while putting his phone back in his pocket. He didn’t think it was much of a concern despite his growing gut sensing something wasn’t really right. After sitting down and enduring most of the class, Quin had his head resting against his desk, sitting beside Casey as always and his phone beside his head.
When the vibrations of his cell went off, Quin picked it up, reading who it was from and furrowing his eyebrows while reading the text. “It’s him again…” Seeing that Jonas seemed serious, even more so then before, Quin sat up and looked at the new teacher.
“Gotta use the bathroom.” he mumbled while gently tugging Casey’s shirt and whispering. “Come, meet me in the parking lot. Something’s wrong…” Quin glanced around the room before heading back out towards the hallway. He made his way out towards the exit, leading to the parking lot. Whatever was wrong, for some reason Quin didn’t mind going to see what it was. If Jonas was in trouble, why wouldn’t he go to see what it was? Besides, with the recent attacks going on, he couldn’t just ignore the possibility of someone being hurt. At the same time, Quin would make sure Casey wasn’t injured in the process, everyone knows how damn protective the man is over his friend.
Stepping into the rather empty parking lot, Quin pushed his hands into his pockets and leaned against his car. He kept his eyes open, looking around and then glancing back at the school to keep a look out for Shino, hoping he’d show up too, even if it meant they’d be out here for Jonas.

"You should tell him we are not sure", he said as he saw the teacher entering classroom.
Class was a bit boring as always. Everything went like normal till Casey saw Quin picking up his cellphone and then furrowing. As he said it was Jonas he got a bit curious what it was this time. Parking lot..? At least that sounded interesting. And what could be wrong..? Hmmm.. After Quin went out he waited for a bit longer and followed him with the same excuse. Teacher just couldn't care less.
As he got to the parking lot he saw his friend leaning against black car. Approaching him he glanced at him questioningly.
"What's up? You realise we can be well seen from the windows of our classroom?", he asked, tilting his head.

Within a few minutes, Jonas was back at the school. He hid around the corner from the parking lot, peeking out every so often to make sure the mystery man wasn't following him still. There was just too much he didn't know about the man that he had to take every precaution possible. Who knows what the man wanted with him? There was no way he could let anyone like him find out about his secret. He was tired of moving. He thought for sure this small town would be his safe haven, but clearly it was not. The raven-haired teen peeked around the corner again, only to see Quin and Casey in the parking lot. He checked his watch. He could have sworn he said he to meet after school, but here they were. Whatever, I guess the faster he talked to them, the better off he would be.
Jonas emerged from around the corner and approached the two teens near the black car. "Hello again." The pale teen said as he approached them. Gone was the mischievous smile from his face. In its place was a worried look. Jonas caught a reflection of himself in the car's side view mirrors, and it disturbed him how odd he looked when he was worried. "I'm going to make this short. I need to stay at your place tonight." Jonas told Quin. His voice had no tint of playfulness in it. It was deadly serious. "I can't explain why, but I can't stay at my house tonight. I need to stay at a place where no one could find me." He told him. There was no way the man would know he befriended the teens, and wouldn't be able to track him down there.
"It will only be for tonight until I figure out what to do. If you say no, that's fine." He said.

Quin waited for Casey to walk through the doors before his eyes finally drifted someplace else. It wasn’t until his friend came up to him that he paid attention to him once again. “Not too sure, but it’s serious. And yeah, I know, which means either we have to be careful we aren’t caught, or we just have to make a bad excuse tomorrow.” Quin spoke quietly as if what they were saying was so secretive.
Since the redhead’s work ethics weren’t the best, skipping class wasn’t as big of a deal to him, and bringing Casey into it might be a bad idea, although Quin would prefer not to head out alone during such dangerous circumstances.
The familiar sound of Jonas’ voice caused Quin to look over at him and stare. This time he noticed how different he looked as well as sounded. There weren’t flirtatious words and devious looks being exchanged, this time it was clear he was concerned about something.
“Hey.” Quin muttered, his eyes glued to the tall man, curious as to what was going on.
Before Quin could ask what was wrong, he heard Jonas mention staying at his house, and instantly he seemed taken aback. It wasn’t something that happened a lot, being asked by a stranger to come over. Although there was something wrong, and since Jonas wasn’t being sensual or snide, it was evident something wasn’t right.
Not wanting to press the issue, Quin slowly nodded his head and glanced at Casey. “As long as Shino can stay at my place tonight too for safety reasons, I’ll allow it…although you have to promise me one thing.” Quin looked at Jonas for a few seconds longer before asking. “Don't lay a hand on Casey without his consent. Got that?" he said passively while looking the man in the eyes. Bringing someone he barely knew to his house was risky, and even with Casey being with him, there was always a possibility something could go wrong. But at the same time, Quin noticed how Jonas looked, and he doubted the man was acting.

"I think we would see about that later on", he said, shrugging.
Shino wanted to add something more but then Jonas showed up.. looking not so smart-ass as ealier. Listening to both man he blushed when Quin said to not touch him without his consent. The situation was odd.. though somewhat interesting. And staying with Quin would be fun as always with his console, full fridge and snacks in the cabinets.
"I can stay. Mum doesn't need me in the pub tonight and I would love to get free from monsters", he said, tilting his head. "Just no copulating with each other with your gaze, please."
'Monsters' was how Shino called his sisters.

Jonas couldn't help but roll his eyes when Quin mentioned laying a hand on Casey. "I don't know why you'd think I'd hurt him. If I wanted to injure him, or you as a matter of fact, I would have already. I'm not here to fucking hurt you." Jonas said, a bit annoyed. Sometimes people really annoyed him. Always so cautious and hostile around him, as if he had done something. All he had done was flirt a bit with Quin and offer Casey to help hook him up with the red-haired stud, yet somehow they thought he was dangerous. "And if you meant if I put a hand on him in the flirtatious manner, I'll repeat what I said. If I wanted to fuck either of you, I would have done it by now." He told the both of them truthfully.
"So, we heading out or what?" The pale teen asked impatiently as he pulled on the car door handle. It was clear that he wasn't in the mood for all of this questioning and hostility. "Look, we need to get out of here now. I'll tell you both what's going on once we get to Quin's place. The longer we stand here, the greater danger you're in. So, let's get going before anything bad happens." He told Casey and Quin.

Quin looked at Jonas for a few moments longer and then glanced at Casey when he mentioned not hurting him. He had a point, and since Quin would be there, why would he even try anything? With a deep breath, the redhead nodded and looked back at Jonas. The same for what was said next. Surely if he wanted sex so badly then he would have tried it, but since the handsome man didn‘t try any advances, Quin had no reason not to trust him. “You’re right. Sorry.” he apologized and glanced at his black Charger and took out his keys to unlock it.
“Alright, we’ll head to my house now. Casey, sit up front with me.” Quin said as he pressed the button of his car keys and allowed the doors to unlock. Going to the drivers side, the redhead got in, put his seatbelt on and started the car. Quin wondered why Jonas was so much different than earlier, plus he seemed on edge, and what he texted earlier made him slightly concerned for the mans wellbeing.

Casey listening to the conversation didn't really feel the need of cutting in. It was rather interesting listening to Quin warning other male and the answer to that. Hurting them.. having sex.. It almost sounded like they didn't have much choice in the matter. Though he decided to not get upset about it and just.. stay there more like observator than anything else. Nodding his head he got in the car and sat down, buckling his seat belts. With a small sneeze he then sighed.
"We would be in trouble for that", he said, though there wasn't much concern in his voice.
The good thing was that the teacher they were having class with was rather knew from his.. laid back attitude so there shouldn't be bigger problems.

Jonas quickly got into the car, sitting in the back seat and throwing his stuff onto the floor of the car. He didn't bother to buckle up his seat belt. He was far too nervous to stay still right now. As Quin started the car, Jonas shifted from one of the backseat to the other, looking back through the windows to see if that man or if anyone else had seen him get into the car. The last thing he wanted to do was to get these two teens in trouble. He was already beating himself up for forcing them to get involved right now, but he couldn't help it. If he got caught, it wouldn't just be his life at stake. If he got caught, the whole world would change. There was no way he was going to let himself be the one who fucked everything up.
The coast seemed clear for now. Jonas sighed and slumped down in his seat as he finally put on his seatbelt. "How far away do you live?" Jonas asked the redhead. He needed to analyze the situation, and for that, he needed every little piece of information he could get his pale little hands on. "And is it a house? Apartment? Mansion? What are your neighbours like?" Jonas asked. He couldn't let himself get caught off guard. Information was the only way to keep ahead of your enemies. "And Casey, where do you live? And where is the pub where your mom works?" He asked.

Once both men were inside the car, Quin checked his mirrors and began to reverse out of the parking lot. He glanced at Casey and rolled his eyes, a vague smile on his face as he spoke. “Who cares if we get in trouble for skipping one class Shino. Come on, be bad every once in a while.” Quin winked at his friend, although checked his rear view mirror to look at Jonas. It was clear something was wrong, something was making him uncomfortable and that was making him even feel a little uneasy.
Once he was asked a question, Quin looked at the road and answered. “Fifteen minutes.” When he was asked more questions, the redhead took a bit longer to speak this time. Since he was bringing him to his house, it didn’t really matter if he told him the details.
“I live in a house. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, no mansion. My neighbors are mostly old, they don’t really create much trouble unless they yell at me for being too loud…” Quin then stopped when he noticed what he had said, clearing his throat and glancing at Casey almost innocently. “I like to blast music.” he lied.
As Jonas asked Casey questions, Quin kept his focus on the road once again, looking at it and turning whenever necessary, listening to their conversation the entire time out of curiosity.
