The Truth About Papa

"So is there anyone special in your life?" he asked. "I'm sure you have many admirers." he commented. "Someone as cute as you has to." he smiled. "You're about the age to have had a girlfriend or two." he said. "And that just shows I'm old." he laughed

[Sentaro]

Minato's cheeks reddened further at the words of his father. "A-actually there is someone I love b-but it's complicated so I can't tell that person." He replied looking at the ground a bit sad. He knew he couldn't show his dad how he felt about him but hearing talk about him having a girlfriend weirdly hurt.
Minato shook his head softly. "N-No I never had a girlfriend....and I guess there never will be one." He sighed and shook his head again. "What about you, papa? Is there someone you like a lot at the moment?"

"The only person in my life right now is my adorable son." Maki replied then petted Minato's head. "And don't put yourself down." he advise if it's complicated just slowly work your self up to telling them." he said. "Just show them your feelings in the things you do." he suggested

[Sentaro]

Minato felt so glad. "I feel the same way. I love my papa." the boy said in an adorable way while smiling softly. "T-thanks....but I don't know really if I ever could tell the person my feelings." He sighed as he bite his bottom lip. When his dad was saying such things he always felt so light headed and wanted to admit his feelings though there was a part of him that stopped him from doing so. But Minato thought his father was right he would show him through little things. He yawned slightly and let himself fall down on the ground with his head landing in his dad's lap.

"Guess we're both a little tired." he laughed. Maki petted Minato's head looking at him. "You'll regret it the of your life if you don't at least try, remember that." he said. "So don't give up with out a fight." he chuckled. "I'm rooting for you." Maki really wanted Minato, his precious son to be happy.

[Sentaro]

"Alright. I will do my very best then to make that person to fall in love with me too." Minato said as he slightly cuddled up to his dad enjoying the petting of his head. "You know....as long as you're with me papa I feel the happiest." He added after a while and rolled over a bit so he could look up at his father admiring his features. "Maybe we should go home if we're both so tired."

"Then why don't you take a bath with this old man like when you were younger?" Maki laughed, "It'll make me feel young again." he smiled. "It's hart to believe you're already this old." his smile had a hint of sadness, "Soon you'll be off to college then married with children."

[Sentaro]

Minato blushed and nodded softly. "Y-yes I would really like to take a bath with you." He replied smiling as his heart beat faster then before. It was an exciting thought to bath with his father actually he just hoped that nothing bad would happen that would reveal his feelings.
Quickly Minato shook his head and sat up again to hug his dad. "No I will never leave you papa. I'll stay with you forever. I don't want anything of that when it means to part with you."

"I'm flattered." Maki patted Minato's head then separated himself before he started to clean up. "Why don't you go open the trunk of the car?" he suggested holding the keys to Minato. His car was parked close by in a parking lot.

[Sentaro]

"Sure!" Minato said as he smiled and nodded before grabbing the car keys. He then quickly walked to parking lot where he opened up the car's trunk for his dad before sitting inside the car waiting for his father to come too. "Can we play something together after we took the bath?" He called out to his dad as he came closer.
