Akira nodded and finished cutting tomatoes. With that finished he tilted his head. 'I'm taking mayonaise to mine.. would you like it too?' After asking that he took it out of the fridge and then started to put everything together. After it was done he started to wash and put everything back. Then he took out the plates and put three sandwiches on his plate and three on Josh's. Then he took out some juice out of the fridge and poured it to the glasses.

When Akira offered mayonnaise, Josh gave a soft nod. “Yes, please.” He watched him put it together, seeing just how he handled it, rather delicately actually. Josh then watched him head to the fridge to grab juice, smiling when he returned.
“You officially made us both dinner. Wow….thank you Akira.” Josh said as he looked at the sandwiches, clearly impressed that Akira did it on his own. To him, it was a rather large step for the young man. “Let’s sit down, it looks delicious.” Josh said with a smile.

When Josh said to sit down he nodded and took masters plate and juice to the table and then went back for his. Licking his lips he sat down and took a big bite of it. 'I try to eat more to gain the strenght quicker.'

“Hm, you’re right…very late dinner. I’ll look forward to the day I see you make something extravagant.” Seeing Akira put the plates down on his own, Josh sat down and waited for him to join him before he bit into his own food. The taste was amazing, his stomach seemed to feel better with just the single mouthful of food. When Akira wrote that, Josh seemed to instantly agree with a nod. “I‘m glad you are eating. You’re already looking a lot better, but a bit more weight would be good for your body…. you’ve come a long way Akira.” Josh muttered with a smile.

'It's all thanks to that you saved my life back then, Master. I would be forever greatful to you. I'll try to help as much as I can so you wouldn't regret it.' It was somehow easier to 'talk' in the kitchen. Was it because he got used to 'talk' with Sangre here? Maybe.. Akira wasn't sure but it was the place he drew accustomed to.. and being here made him feel a bit more.. at ease.

It was strange, to see Akira write that since it was almost unbelievable for Josh to really believe. He saved his life, the person sitting right next to him….Josh couldn’t even imagine him being dead right now if he didn’t take him off the street.
“I’m just glad you’re alive. You’re a great asset.” Josh replied before drinking some of his juice. Josh then bit into his sandwich again and shook his head. “You sure know how to make a good sandwich.” Josh smiled with a light chuckle. “Did Sangre teach you this, or did you do it on your own?” he wondered.

Akira smiled shyly when Josh said he knew how to do a good sandwich. 'When I got to eat of those things.. I thought how would it taste together.. Sangre let me try it out.. and here it is. I was so awful with everything at the start.. but then step after step.. I got better. I'm still no good.. but I'm trying.'

Focusing his attention on Akira again, Josh shook his head momentarily when he saw that he still not good. “Nonsense.” Josh smiled again, biting the sandwich and waiting to chew before speaking. “You should see me in the kitchen. I tried so many times to cook….the burns I got from it were pretty bad.” Josh cringed at the memory of how much it hurt, eating a bit more and then speaking while looking at Akira. “That’s why I let Sangre cook for me. But it seems I have my own little chef now.” Josh leaned over and reached out to softly rustle his hand in Akira’s hair. “Thank you again for making this. Are you tired enough to go back to sleep once we get back or are you wide awake?” Josh asked as he ate.

Akira rise his hand to write something but when Josh called him 'little chef' and rustled his hair he blushed up to his ears. After he calmed a bit he wrote at last what he wanted to. 'I burnt myself too.. but it wasn't that bad.. And I'm a bit tired but I would like to read before going back to sleep. I didn't have time lately..'

Josh chuckled with a smile on his face when he saw Akira’s face almost glow red from the simple action. He was a little more than half done now, drinking his juice and reading everything Akira wrote. Of course he wasn’t very happy when he said he’d been burned, but he was alright now, that’s what really mattered.
Josh thought reading would be good for Akira, it was a nice outlet for him and he hadn’t seen him read in quite some time just as Akira said.
“That’s perfect. I can do a little work while you read then. I’ve been dreading to write a five page summery on something that happened nearly a year ago, so I can try completing it.” Josh said while shaking his head, not looking forward to it at all.
