Akira's stomach rumbled as soon as he heard the words water and food being spoken. He was so hungry.. So really, really hungry. He nodded in agreement to the mans offer. It wasn't anything hard and if it would give him soft bad, water and food he didn't mind at all having to do anything there was to do. And he was rather well-read as he loved reading and took any chance he could get.. so the thing other man wanted him to do should be rather easy. He blushed when his stomach grumbled once more and looked at the Master as he hoped he would give him some food soon.

“I’ll take that as a yes.” Walking towards the intercom next to the door, Josh pressed a precise button and spoke into the speaker. “Bring me my favourite, and double on the water.”
Releasing the button, Josh went towards a bookshelf that covered the corner of his room, a smaller desk being situated there. The room was more of an office, his actual bedroom was next door.

“Sit here. You’ll eat once I see you do the work.” Putting the mound of paper onto Akira’s desk, he rubbed his forehead and took a deep breath. “All fifty papers should be done by the end of the day. Anything that sounds important, leave on the side of your desk, if not, just put it in a separate pile. Understand what you’re doing?” Josh asked. His eyes were on Akira, his voice still not entirely nice especially towards someone he had just met, and might have saved just a few hours ago.

Akira nodded and started to walk to the desk but then.. went out like a light, loosing consciousness and falling on the ground. His body had enough, it was even something like miracle he managed to wash himself alone and have enough strenght to walk so far. It was probably adrenaline that made him able to pull something like this. As he was laying there his hair didn't cover his neck and if Josh would take a look he could see several numbers tattooed there.

Josh was about to head back to his desk, but stopped at the sound of a thump. Looking back, he noticed Akira on the ground, unmoving. With a deep sigh, Josh rubbed his forehead in frustration and walked over, kneeling in front of the young man and furrowing his eyebrows.
Akira was too weak, Josh knew that but he still wasn’t going to treat him like royalty when he himself deserved it. Noticing the tattoo’s, he then softly brushed his fingers along Akira’s skin, curiously wondering what they meant to him, what the sentimental value of them were.
Moving Akira on his back, Josh looked around, momentarily wondering if he should move Akira onto something more comfortable, but he kicked the thought out of his mind and just sat next to him, grabbing one of the papers off the extra desk and reading it over. As he read, he glanced at Akira once in a while, debating his health before someone walked in with his food, gesturing it over to the desk.
Even with a questionable glance in his direction, the chef put the food on the desk and bowed before walking out.

After some time Akira groaned and opened his eyes. Seeing the man from before he cringed a bit. He was scared that the fact he was so weak would make other want to kick him out on the street... and he would die there. And he really wanted to live. With determination he got on all fours and made his way to the desk. He knew he wouldn't be able to lift himself up on the chair so he reached for the letter's and documents and started to look through the first one. It was hard as his brain was hazed by emaciation of his body and his hands shaking but he knew he needed to do it in order to be given the food.

Some time had passed until Josh noticed movement. For some reason, knowing Akira was alive created relief, although he still felt agitated due to his rather bad day. As the kid started to go to his desk and keep seated on the ground, Josh sighed aloud and stood up, getting the food and water and walking back towards Akira, sitting in front of him and putting the food beside him.
“Fine, you can eat first. You’re too weak to do work.” Josh mumbled. His usual cold heart might have warmed slightly at the sight of a human who was too weak to even hold a piece of paper. It would be inhumane to allow him to do his work when he was nearly starved, and there was food just a few feet away.

Standing up, Josh went to his own desk, sitting down and grabbing a magazine stashed secretly in his drawer. He kept his reddish eyes on Akira for a moment before eyeing the pictures on the papers. “You can eat, do the work once you feel you’re up for it.” Josh grumbled nonchalantly.

When he heard other man standing up he flinched.. but then.. few moments later the food and water was placed before him. He looked at the stranger with question in his green eyes but then he heard he could eat before doing the job. He felt like he was about to cry when he shifted his gaze on the food standing before him. Putting the letter on his left he reached to the plate and started to eat fast. It almost looked like he wanted to eat it before Josh change his mind about it. Although portion was rather big the plate was soon empty and then even licked clean. Akira gulped down all the water. Though he drunk the water while he took the shower he was still thirsty. After he finished he took the letter and this time was able to concentrate enough to do what he needed to do. Looking at Josh he waved his hand to get his attention and then he showed that he need something to write.

Josh looked up once in a while as Akira ate, noticing how hungry he seemed. He was thankful once more that he did have an appetite and that he’d live. Akira seemed to be a good candidate for a servant, specially since he was in need of one.
When he was finished, Josh focused back onto his magazine, scrolling through it until he noticed once again Akira. Getting up, he took a few moments to notice what was wrong before mumbling a ‘ah’ and going to his desk to take out different writing utensils.
Bringing it over to Akira, Josh put it next to the man and spoke up. “Pens, pencils, quill and ink. Whatever you feel comfortable with.” He said briskly as he sat at his desk and sighed deeply. “Hopefully you can write in English since you cant seem to speak…” he finished with a murmur.

Josh sat down, being incredibly bored. He always seemed to be bored actually. Work wouldn’t help and drama was just annoying. Only at night did he really have something to do, using his telescope located in his bedroom to stargaze. But during the evening, it was dreary…maybe Akira could help with that boredom once he felt better.

Akira nodded when Josh gave him those all writing utensils. Taking the pencil he marked every place that had a mistake and then in few other places he gave the propositions what could be done to make this place sound better. Although his hand was still trembling he had really beatiful handwriting. After one hour he was sleeping leaned on desk. Though half of the job was done already.

While time passed, Josh got up a few times, heading towards his room and visiting a few people, more or less just yelling at them before returning to his office. Leaning on his desk, he moved his magazine to the side, too bored to look through PlayGirl. Most of the men weren’t very attractive in it anyway.

Josh once again looked over at Akira, noticing him sleeping while he only had half of his work done. In most situations, he’d be pissed but he wasn’t sure how he felt since he found the guy in bad shape. At the same time, the sun was beginning to set and the work had to be done in just five more hours.
Getting up from where he was sitting, Josh walked towards Akira, getting to his desk and slamming his hand on it to create a loud noise. “Hey! Akira right? Get back to work you aren’t done.”

Sneering slightly, Josh ignored the fact that he was being way too tough. He had a bad tendency to do that with almost all of his staff, especially past servants who had quit due to the harsh criticism they received on a daily bases.
