Akira nodded his head smiply as he looked at the white shirt and pants Josh was holding. If that what master wanted to play he was alright with that. After all what was a harm in that?
"Should I change what I'm wearing as well?"

Walking to his bed, Josh placed his clothes down and removed his pants in order to change into the new clothes. While putting his shirt over his head, Josh smiled and thought about it before answering. “Actually, depending on what’s being done the patient usually needs to be shirtless, well if of course it’s needed, so that I can listen to your heart and check your body over…”
Josh then put his pants on, knowing if Akira was uncomfortable there was other ideas. “Or, if you’d prefer you can go ahead and just wear a loose fitted shirt, I’ll lift it a little instead of removing it.” he reassured, although of course preferred the first option a little more.

Shirtless? Akira removed his shirt and folded it neatly at the side of the bed. What a strange game.. Still curious he looked at Josh, covering his scarred stomach with his hands a bit.
"Is that good?", he asked.
Maybe he was quite clueless.. but it wasn't really that strange for him.

Josh went to the bathroom, getting a little bit of ‘props’ for before returning, only to see Akira standing there shirtless. It was a bit surprising, but Josh knew not to complain. “Perfect Akira.” he smirked, walking over and noticing how his hands rested on his stomach.
Putting a hand out, Josh carefully moved Akira’s out of the way and pressed his palm against the other males skin, brushing against his scars. “Don’t hide them. Remember what I said? They’re a part of you now, so I love them the same way I love your body.” he said while taking his hand off slowly and then looking back at the bed.
“Lay down for me…please.” Josh spoke, sounding a bit more ‘professional’ all of a sudden, but keeping his voice calm and soft as well.

Akira blushed as he heard what Josh had said. Love? He loves his body? With that simple statement Akira felt really happy. Nodding he laid down on the bed and looked at Josh, not knowing what would happen next. With his boyfriend being calm and speaking soft there wasn't anything he could get stressed with so he looked relaxed.

Watching Akira lay down upon his bed, Josh smiled slightly at the sight before him and then going to his desk where he placed the few things. It consisted of; gauze, a syringe, warm water, and rubber gloves. Josh wasn’t sure if he’d use all of it but…just for a bit more fun he decided to bring it out.
“First, let me check to a physical exam…to ensure there’s nothing wrong with that beautiful skin of yours.” Josh stated as he went over to Akira, softly brushing his hand from the top of his head, down towards his neck, chest, stomach and then abdomen. Stopping at his scars, Josh smiled a little and traced a few with the tips of his fingers. “Perfect, as always.” He said softly.

Akira didn't see what was on the desk so he was still calm. As the warm hand touched his skin he gasped a bit and shuddered now and then, his skin sensitive as always. If Josh would pay close attention to Akira's forehead he could see small bump forming there. Other than that, his chin, scraches Lady left when he tried to wash her and scars his skin was just as close to being perfect as the skin could possibly be.

Bringing his gaze to Akira’s green eyes, Josh touched the scars a little more and then dragged his fingers lower down to his abdomen, stopping right at the top of his pants. Knowing just how far the scars went, Josh finally took his hand off completely and hummed under his breath.
“How have you been feeling physically recently? And how are your injuries?” Josh muttered as he looked at Akira’s chin and then glanced at the scratch marks. He had to ensure that he was okay, as well as having a little fun in the whole ‘doctor’ role.

Akira scraped a sheets with his fingers a little when Josh touched lower, trying to stay still. Hearing the questions he looked at Josh.
"Better, Master. I get tired easily but I'm stronger. My throat hurts whenever I speak but I try to get back to being used to use it. My chin hurts a bit.. other than that I'm fine", he said with a soft smile.

When Akira spoke of his throat, and chin, Josh’s eyes trailed to those parts of his body in order to assess it. He was glad to hear such things, wanting to make sure that Akira had been feeling much better compared to before, and seeing just how well he was doing on the outside was just as comforting.
“I’m glad to hear that. Hopefully soon enough you won’t be in any discomfort or pain at all.” Josh smirked, placing one of his hands back on Akira’s abdomen and turning back to face the desk while grabbing something.
“May I check below the waist?” Josh looked at Akira and smiled. “Your legs preferably.” he verified, although of course Josh wouldn’t mind looking over his groin either.
