Those all gentle movements, kisses and licks made his breath speed up and body getting hotter and more bothered with every second that passed. Though when it stopped Akira felt a bit disappointed. Biting his lower lip he looked at Josh, his cheeks and ears nicely pink.
"B-but.. it's embarrassing", he said softly. "And I.. surely do strange face.."
Akira then coughed a bit. Only now he realised his throat was painfully sore. There was that something inside.. lump inside it.. and it felt extremaly dry. Coughing some more he put a hand to his lips and coughed some more. Blinking in surprise he wondered if he was maybe sick.

Josh shook his head, looking into Akira's eyes once he looked at him, making him softly smirk. "It might be embarrassing, but I think you look amazing and so vulnerable for me, I l-" Josh stopped talking when he heard Akira cough, and then again. Stopping everything, the male got beside Akira and rubbed his throat, about to ask what was wrong but instead he got up, heading to the bathroom and quickly getting a glass of water.
While making his way back, Josh sat back down and tried placing the water near his hand so he could take it. "Does your throat hurt? Here, take a drink alright? It might help." He said, clearly not understanding what was wrong, other than it was most likely his throat or lungs since he was coughing.

Akira took the glass and drink a bit of water. Taking few deep breaths he sighed.
"It's really dry.. and.. hurts", he said and then coughed some more. "There is that feeling that something is inside.."
Covering his lips he coughed few more times. 'Am I sick?' Akira wrote deciding it would be better for now not to speak.

Josh's emotion changed completely. There was signs of concern as he nodded and rubbed his hand along his boyfriends chest and neck, trying to sooth him in any way possible. "Okay...just write to me from now on. And you might be sick but I don't know who you would have gotten it from."
Pursing his lips, Josh glanced back at the door and got up, heading over to it and pressing one of the buttons. "I'll bring in the doctor. I want to make sure you're alright." Josh said honestly, hearing a soft beep and looking at the intercom as he spoke into it. "It's Josh. Bring the doctor to our room as soon as possible. Thanks." Josh said in a clear voice, not even noticing he said 'our' when he mentioned the room.

While heading back to Akira, Josh looked at him and asked curiously. "Do you think you can eat still? If you think you can, we'll head down to the kitchen after the doctor checks on you."

Akira sat on the bed when Josh got up and called for the doctor. He didn't really liked doctors so he tensed up a bit but he knew all to well that it was needed. And that one doctor.. helped him few times.. and wasn't really that creepy like others he knew. 'Is it fine to say 'our' room? I mean.. didn't you, Master, wanted to keep us a secret?' Akira was clearly confused by what he heard. Though when he heard about eating he nodded his head, clearing his throat a bit. He was a bit sad about how it acted. Master said he liked so much his voice.. and he really didn't want his sad or worried. 'I'm sorry about this..' Writing that he looked down at the sheets, evidently saddened.

Josh hadn't even noticed he said 'our', so when Akira brought it up he widened his eyes slightly and sighed. "Shit..I didn't mean to.." he said truthfully, rubbing his forehead before humming with a smirk. "But surely after this week is over, everyone will know about me so...it isn't too bad." Josh explained, trying to make the situation at least a little better.
Knowing it would take a little while for the doctor to show up, Josh took a deep breath and looked at his boyfriend. "Is there anything I can do to help you? And don't be sorry butterfly, I'm just concerned for you, I want you to be better." Josh said as he got closer to Akira so he could wrap his arm around him.
"I'll feel better once the doctor comes in and explains what's wrong."

'Everyone.. know about what?' Akira blinked and looked at Josh a bit lost. Why would anyone know? And.. what about? Josh being with him or.. liking the the same gender? Nodding his head Akira smiled gently and rested a small, gentle kiss on others cheek. He was really glad there was someone to worry for him like Josh did. And he could choose just anyone.. yet he chose him. It was making Akira really happy.

Josh stayed at the edge of the bed, beside Akira, while speaking to him. "Know about my attraction towards males, not females. I'll have to explain that to them this week. I don't want to bring you into it yet...so I won't mention you, I hope you can understand that." Josh said, not wanting Akira to take it personal that he wouldn't let everyone know just yet.
Surprisingly enough, there was a knock at the door. First Josh felt relief, but then he swore under his breath when he had noticed Akira was still naked.

"One minute." Josh called out, sighing as he grabbed some boxers for Akira, and grabbed the clothes he had set out for himself earlier. Carefully slipping the clothes onto his boyfriends body, Josh smirked while looking into his green eyes, kissing his forehead once he finished covering him, and then getting up to answer the door.
"Sorry for the wait, it's nice to see your to here so fast. Come in." Josh said while moving out of the way and opening the door wider for the doctor to step inside.

'It's fine. I.. was worried you would say about me.. I'm not a right candidate for your.. partner anyway..' Akira nodded his head and then flinched, hearing the knock. Blushing deeply when he realised he was naked he helped Josh to put clothes on him. Then he looked at the door a bit stressed. Licking his lips he nodded to the doctor, wanting to be polite even if he once again couldn't speak.

Josh tried hiding his frown when he heard Akira say he wasn't a good candidate. In his eyes, he was a perfect one...everything about the man before him was so nice and loving, not a bad bone in his body. It showed so much potential, for him to become King alongside him someday....to be an amazing father.
Josh's eyes focused back onto the doctor, keeping his thoughts to himself while walking towards the bed as the other male went towards Akira as well. "You again? You like to get into trouble a lot it seems." He chuckled, sitting carefully on the bed and putting a small bag down, opening it up and placing a stethoscope around his neck as well as taking a small flashlight looking device and a tongue depressor.

"I'm just kidding around. If I remember you're name is Akira..." He pulled out some gloves and put them on. "How's your ribs doing since the last time I came in?" he wondered, not knowing he even spoke before since he only met Akira a few times, and during those times he hadn't said a word, so it wasn't abnormal for him not to be speaking.
Josh stayed standing beside them, not wanting to get either of them distracted, so he stayed silent unless he needed to speak up.
