Listening to Sangre he then got closer to look on all the fishes. Not sure what he wanted to fo he wrote. 'What would you want me to do to help? I'm not too good with cookig it seems..' As always Akira was bringing himself down, npt believing in himself or anything he was doing. It wasn't like he believed he was bad in everything ge had done or was doing but more like he didn't believe he was good.

Sangre went from looking at the fish to glancing at Akira, seeing what he had written and smiling slightly. "You can work on the rice. It's just as important. Cutting the fish is dangerous, and it takes lots of learning. So, come.." Sangre softly grabbed Akira's hand once more, getting a bag of rice and showing it to him.
"This is white rice. It's a lot more sticky in comparison to long grain." Sangre said, pouring some out and then letting go of Akira's hand, explaining it all to him since he knew the man would probably remember. Akira had a brilliant mind after all.

"What I want you to do is to rinse the rice, once you do that put it inside of here with one cup of water, it'll steam and cook it. While that's happening, we'll need half a cup of rice vinegar, teaspoon of salt, a tablespoon of oil, and a fourth a cup of white sugar."
Sangre shuffled through a large binder with recipe's and smirked as he pointed. "If you forget any of that, this is the recipe. And look around, find the ingredients, it's like a little scavenger hunt, hunting for the foods to use. Come on, try to have a little fun with it okay? We can work together." Sangre smiled softly and took out the tuna, placing it on a wooden cutting board before washing his hands.

"Once the rice is done, I'll tell you whats left to do." Sangre said as he began to run his hand along the scales, slowly cutting, careful of his palm the entire time. "Don't worry Lady you'll get some too." Sangre then assured with a soft smile as he looked over at the cat.

Hearing he could work on the rice he nodded his head slowly and then blushed a bit since he wasn't really used to anyone touching him. Though with Josh and Snagre he wasn't scared, at least not most of the time. Listening to other male's words he tried to focus on them as much as he could, trying to remember it there and then. When he heard about the hunting for igredients he looked both curious and anxious at the same time. How could he know what was good for sushi? Maybe it would only make it all taste bad? Trying to focus on the rice it was clear how troubled the young male felt by just looking at him, since Akira wasn't good in hiding his feelings. The cat on the other hand meowed quite loudly to what Sangre told her, or so it seemed like.

Sangre chuckled when he heard Lady, slowly cutting up the fish and careful of his palm the entire time, not wanting to hurt himself in the process.
After a few minutes, the chef paused and glanced at Akira, noticing he seemed a little 'lost' for a moment, deciding to help him. "The rice is under the first cabinet. It should say 'white rice' on the front, in a brown bag." Sangre explained. "The other things are beside the fridge. I'll help you find the other stuff once I'm done. Don't worry about it Akira."

Sangre pulled out a plate from one of the cabinets, taking out a bamboo plate and slowly setting the fish on top, cutting some of the others before doing the same for Lady. Once he got some salmon for her, he turned on the stove, grabbed a slab of wood and placed the two cuts of salmon on top. "It'll be done in twenty minutes. Sorry girl, but soon." Sangre smirked, washing his hands and turning towards Akira as he smirked.
"So, what do you need help finding?" The chef asked while drying his hands off with a towel.

Only when he heard other male speaking he understood he didn't mean igredients for the sushi but those for making rice. When he knew that some of the stress left him and he already let himself enjoy the 'treasure hunt'. Soon he found everything other than rice vinegar, not sure what it could be. Smiling shyly he wrote the name slowly, actually making a mistake in 'vinegar' since he didn't know it.

Sangre smiled, seeing that Akira was a bit less 'tense' and walked around, looking for everything. Once he had one thing left, Sangre smiled a bit more and walked towards the higher cupboards. "This one is far up. I don't use it much." The chef explained while grabbing it and heading back over towards the rice cooker.
"Here…pour the water right in here. While the rice cooks for a little while we can get the bamboo mat to roll up the sushi. It's pretty fun." Sangre explained while handing Akira the cup of water and ensuring he knew where to put it.

Akira made sure to remember from where the cook took it out and then he followed him to the rice cooker. Then he looked at Sangre, quite intrigued with rolling up the sushi. Would they really do that? And what wa that sushi that it needed to be treated like that anyway? Then he heard some voices in the hall, making him look in that direction and cringe. Akira really wasn't comfortable with people around and he still kind of feared meeting new people. Two maids made their way into the kitchen, making Akira hide behind the bigger male. Seeing Sangre inside they nodded their heads while saying goodmorning and then focused on poor Akira.
"Oh. Is that ned personal servant of his Majesty?", asked the red head, her green eyes on the young male.
"Yes.. I saw him once only, though. And heard some people were killed because they attacked him. Yours name is Akira, right?", asked the blonde one, having a blue eyes of an angel.

Sangre made sure the water was in the right place. Waiting for it to cook, the chef was about to turn around but paused when he heard the voices, his eyes quickly shifting to Akira and watching as he rushed behind him for cover. With a soft chuckle, Sangre turned his back to him and kept himself as a little barrier when the maids walked in.
Waving his hand, Sangre looked at either female and then glanced over his shoulder at Akira, hearing them mention him. "Uh huh, that's him. He's a very good sue chef, might take me out of business." Sangre joked, looking at Akira once more and smiling softly.

"You'll have to forgive him. He's just a bit shy, and he's been told not to speak from our doctor. But we appreciate you coming here. Would you like something to eat?" Sangre said to both maids as he reached a hand back, patting Akira's head and smiling a bit at him once again.

Akira's heart was beating really fast, just like bunny's heart would beat if he would encounter foxes. He flinched when both female's laughed at Sangre mentioning himself being out of business. The way his head was patted made him quite embarrassed.. but as well a bit calmer.
"Yes. We came because we missed a breakfast and hoped there would by our handsome chef and maybe do something for us", said the redhead playfully, winking to Sangre.
He friend nudged her, giggling a bit. Akira on the other hand was still quite stressed but observed both females from behind Sangre's back.

Despite being in a relationship, Sangre was naturally a charmer with the ladies. He never meant anything of it, other than just having a bit of fun. So hearing the maids say something such as that only made Sangre chuckle, his warm smile casting across his face before he nodded his head.
"Of course. I'll cook you two up something special for brunch, Akira can help. Right buddy?" Sangre whispered to the young man, keeping himself in front of Akira to ensure he wasn't looking straight on at the girls.I t would be perfect timing too, since the rice was cooking. They had a bit of time to waste.
