Don't get him wrong. Having the day off would be great. But he still doesn't know the rules to the lamp or anything about him for that matter. He was nothing but a stranger that lived in the lamp, in his apartment. His cheeks turned lightly pink when he nuzzled his face. For he wasn't expecting that to happen with him yelling earlier. Hearing him speak about him not wanting to be him master. It made his heart sink a little. For he was trying to get rod of him a second again. As he was floating over ot his lamp. He got up and went into the living room.Placing a hand gently on his shoulder. "Wait up for a moment." he said.

"I think you and I got off on the wrong foot. I would like to start new with you. But you kind of have to help me out. I would be honor to be your master. But I have no idea what real genies do? Like if I want to talk to you while you are in your lamp. How am I suppose to talk to you? How do ask for a wish and is there a limit as to how many wishes I can ask for?" he asked.

" well ..." the boy said only to have a scroll apper with the rules of a genie:

A Genie is a spirit from another plane bound to an earthly object(it might be possible to find an alien Genie on a meteorite or something but I wouldn't want to see them face to face). These Genies are bound with rules unique to the binding they received. These bindings are the key to defining every aspect of a Genie's servitude with the only exception being the power that Genie can wield. Some may be bound to the service of so many masters before release, some to a single master, some might even just be bound to an object until that object is discovered. Rules such as "can not kill" or "can not make someone fall in love" are applied at the time of the binding and can never be changed unless the Genie was freed and bound again. The unbinding of a Genie can only be done if it follows the rules given by the binder or a special circumstance mentioned later occurs.

The effectiveness of a Genies abilities revolve around their power. A weak Genie who is allowed to kill might have to make someone kill for him, whereas a powerful Genie would simply smite their prey. In this same aspect a weak Genie allowed to control the emotions of others might win their Master's love over with gifts while a powerful Genie would just alter their being till the love desired by their Master existed.

The type of Genie that was bound effects what the effects are of coming across one. The number of wishes might differ due to the way they were bound or the power of the Genie. There is a lot of wiggle room here as some Genie's might have unlimited wishing potential but little power and vice versa.

The Genies form is unique, though they almost never appear in their true form. Most bindings give the Genie a form desired by the binder, or afterward the one who discovered the Genie. This is done for many reasons: a sense of power/control for the binder, a sense of shame/helplessness to the genie, or perhaps the binder just may not care for the true appearance of said Genie.

The personality of a Genie is often something that is unpredictable and therefor uncontrollable. What might have seemed a rather harmless spirit at first might grow to become mischievous and angry from their servitude, likewise a trickster spirit who hates humans may only need the right Master in order to form true bond. A Genie's personality is always changing and thus it is always risky to attempt control over one. Many binders use this as a reason to limit their Genie's wishes.

The special circumstance of a Genie's binding/unbinding that were alluded to earlier are as follows. In rare cases a Genie is not bound in body but in power. The item they are bound to is charged by them but they are incapable of acting on their own. This is when something else becomes bound to the bottle. Be it human, animal, or other spirit, whatever living being the bound object can make a connection with is taken as a body to act out its will. The rules of this circumstance are vague as the original binding was simply a seal of power, but they seem to be decided upon by the Genie loaning their power. This is the only case where a wish to free the Genie can be made. This wish however does not free the Genie but only the hostage body taken. At this point the bound object can go back to dormancy waiting for another body, or simply take the body of the one who freed their previous hostage. If the Genie's binding expires while a hostage is residing within the object, the hostage is released from service as well.

Genie's are almost always trouble. Their existence in our plane is unnatural and, usually, forced upon them. If one finds a Genie and does not happen to suffer consequences immediately, proceed with caution. This isn't to say that some have not lived a long and thoroughly happy existence in the possession of a Genie, but many more people have suffered than benefited at their hands.

" I'm sure you can find several loop holes in there some where, but there is a genie council that i have to report to after my masters are done with me" the boy said to the man" what is the name of my master?' he asked the man still floating in mid air.

The human reads the contract and just reading it was giving the poor man a headache this early in the morning. Having a genie is quite confusing or so he thinks. He had to sit down, so he took a seat on the couch. Leaning his head back, letting out a loud sigh. Rubbing his eyes. When he heard from the genie that he could find loop holes. He looks at him and blinks a few times. If there were loop holes, then he didn't see any. But it not like he was a lawyer of something like that. He was male secretary at some high end office. He wasn't the brightest person in the world, but he was kind fellow.

When asked for his name. He remembers that he had not told him. "Oh right, how forgetful of me." he said and let out a chuckle. "Eric Stone is my name. What about you? Do you even have a name or do I have call you genie.?" he asked with a curious look on his face.

" master Eric, I do not have a name. the master is suppose to name the genie. its a rule that is not stated in the scroll..." the boy said as he floated over to his master and lowered himself onto the man's lap" do you still want me to have you not go to work? i cold get you a better job as a bartender or some top bussness man" the boy said to Eric before nuzzling his face into the man's neck.

The man couldn't believe how cute the genie could be sometimes. He smiles and gently ruffles the genie's hair. "Well as nice as that sounds, I'm fine with my job and I really should go in. I have some things to take care of in the office. So I'll go in." he said. "While I am gone, you are welcome to wonder around in the apartment. Make yourself at home. Just don't make a mess or brake anything." he told him.

" did you not read the part about how genie behave diffrenly?" he siad to his master" and if you don;t want a tornado when you get home you'd better take me with you" unless youd rather like me like this" the boy said as he blinked. His normal genie cloths were gone and now he was wearing a shorts that were a boxer breifs and that he had a collar around his neck and a lesh" so do you want me like this master? unlss you want me naked" he said to eric.

Seeing him in those clothes made his face turned red. "Ah! No! No! It would be better if you just wear your normal clothes." he told him. Standing up, he picked the genie up and places him down on the couch. Then he starts to wonder about his next issue. Taking him to work. "I can't just take you to work. Non employees are not allowed into the building." he told him and sighed. Then he looks down at the lamp. "Just get back into your lamp and I'll take you to work like that." he said. "I can't believe that I can just leave him home." he said to himself.

Rubbing his eyes, he makes his way to the kitchen. Going up to one of the few cabinets, pulling out three orange bottles. Each containing different kinds of pills. One was small yellow oval shape pill that you see through. The second one was big black pill that looked like it was meant for a horse and the third on was a circular red pill. Eric took two of each expect for the black on and gulped them down. "Alright we got to go now." he called out to the genie. "If we don't leave now we're going to be late for the bus."

" master really? you still expect to take the bus when you have a genie" the boy said seeing that the man had not given him a name yet" and you are not ill are you? becasue you humans die more as to continue to take the pills" the genie boy said to Eric before vanishing into the bottle.

The man ignored the genie when asked about him taking pills. For he rather not talk about them just yet. They were very personally to him. That and he didn't think that a being like him would really even came. So once he was in the bottle. He took it and carefully put it in his brief case. Then heads out the door. Running down the stairs, through the complex front door, down the street for a few blocks and just made it to the bus. Since there were no seat available, he had to stand on a very crowded bus. Hitting a few pout holes along the way. Coming close to dropping his brief case.

After about twenty minutes. He arrives at the office he works for. Getting to his desk and places the lamp on his desk. Sitting down he sighs quietly and starts to do his job. Copy some papers here, making a few phone calls there. Picking up things that his boss wanted him to get. Picking up the phones. Handing more papers to people. He was mostly on his feet. Never really around his desk. Which worried him a little. With the genie and all. Mostly worried on what he would do.

" master is working so hard, I want to help him, still I don;t understand as to why he did not let me transport us here...I would have made it so that no one would see us" the boy said as he paced around the bottle.
