The Castle that reaches up to the sky, or something along those lines, though I can't remember the mangaka's name. Anyway, it was my very first and last manga tragedy. It was about two older guys who had a crush on a younger one, but they'd promised to watch over him, and never get close to him, but one of them couldn't help it and broke the rule, so he and the younger guy became bfs. The other knew, but he wanted them to be happy, so he said nothing.
Then, the bf went on a mountain trip and died. I know it wasn't that dramatic, but it got to me, and I started crying like a sissy. Anyway, after that, I decided not to read tragedies anymore, because I'd go insane if I came across another one.

Haven't read Fuyu no Semy but I saw the anime, and I couldn't stop crying and obsessing about their death for days, I thought I was going to have a nervous collapse. I'm way too sensitive, even for a guy, so it gets to me really badly.

I haven't actually read too many, but one that was a little heart wrenching at times for me was Koisuru Boukun (The Tyrant Falls in Love). D:

Complex was pretty sad. I'm not sure if sad is the right word but it definitely left me feeling kind of down.

Although it's shonen ai and not yaoi, Tokyo Babylon and X/1999 were insanely sad. Lots of tears shed.

X is pretty gorey though, just a warning if anybody plans to read it.

Ah, Tokyo Babylon and X/1999, my teenage years right there. X/1999 definitely was a sad one and made me cry.
